went to get ice cream with my mom and sister for my mothers birthday and ended up with a mouthful of moldy almonds. would not recomend.
For a place that doesn't have to cook or prep anything during operating hours, that might slow or hinder their ability to serve up product, the service at this Baskin-Robbins is positively abysmal. My wife's pregnancy-brain craving for a particular flavor of ice cream led us here, and despite the line being only five people long ahead of us, it took us nearly 30 minutes to order and receive her two scoops of ice cream, neither of which was the one she wanted, as they can run out of that one, and only one, flavor. Of course.
Why did it take so long, you ask? Incompetence is the short answer. With two people "working", we watched in ever-growing frustration as the manager waffled about (nowhere near the waffle cones, mind you), spending an inordinate amount of time on the phone answering banal questions, leaving the other slovenly, sloth-like employee to scoop and serve as if swimming through a river of molasses. Additionally, online orders and DoorDash/UberEats customers and delivery drivers would arrive and interrupt the sluggish employee's rhythm, the end result being her taking several minutes with *each* to simply take the name on the order, grab a bag, and get back out the door. It was honestly infuriating. I considered throwing on an apron myself and just getting these people through the line and out the door.
Hopefully this was simply an ice-olated experience, but having suffered long enough, I doubt we will be back to this particular location, as it has a left a bad taste in our mouths worse than a black licorice sorbet.
MUCH friendlier than the location on 33rd. Greeted, smiled, polite. Great ice cream. This will be our go to location.

The ice cream might sell itself but the staff is genuinely nice. I've been here a few times and that's always noticable.

Let's review Baskin-Robbins. They're a classic ice cream shop chain known for their wide variety of flavors and fun atmosphere. Here's what I like about Baskin-Robbins:Variety: With 31 flavors advertised to be available every day, there's a flavor for almost any taste bud.Seasonal Options: They also offer seasonal flavors throughout the year, so you can always try something new.Ice Cream Treats Beyond Scoops: They offer shakes, sundaes, and pre-packaged treats like ice cream cakes and popsicles. Here's something to keep in mind:Sugar Content: Ice cream is a sugary treat, so enjoy it in moderation! Baskin-Robbins offers smaller portion options like kid-sized scoops or cones.

I stopped by for an afternoon treat but I stood waiting for someone to help me for 5 minutes. No one else was in the store but the 4 employees and a guy sitting down eating his own treat. A guy (manager) was on the phone with a customer but the 3 women glanced at me several times never once saying anything and kept on with their conversation. I ended up leaving without getting a single acknowledgment from an employee. Very disappointed and won’t be back to this location!

The ladies working tonight were absolutely awesome.
I was wondering if this place is hiring?
I walked in needing an Oreo ice cream cake for my son's birthday party the same day. I know. Poor planning and procrastination on my part. But there was a cake in the freezer and they were even able to write on it! Woot! Thanks for being awesome, neighborhood Baskin Robbins!
Clean store, super friendly helpful staff. Perfect on a hot day!

For the Hot Days in Portland BK31. I got the Mangonada is the best I love it I all order it.
Melanie is the best. She always takes care of me and adds a little conversation to the experience. Everyone there is nice but she's my Ice Cream Scooper of choice. The parking is weird but the location is clean!! Thank you, Melanie, you brighten my day. Don't forget your lunch cards people!!!
Friendly, nice, and patient staff; clean store with so many flavors to try first. Thanks so much!
The lady with blond hair gotta be fired. Everyone else is good tho.
The mango flavor is my favorite. Little chucks of real mangoes are in the ice cream. The middle-aged lady on the counter is nice and patient.
