Just got served by McKenna and I’m so greatly pleased and grateful for her amazing customer service! One of my kids accidentally knocked his cone over and I was frustrated and was ready to trash it. Wasn’t expecting a new one, but she surprised us with his replacement cone! Then right after cleaning up my son’s mess, my daughter then in turned knocked my cone over. She kindly replaced mine too! This is the only Baskin Robins that we visit, spoke to the owner and he is the representation of great business and superb customer serviced staff.

Yesterday I bought ice cream there to take home with me, I asked for a large jar and the employee gave me a small one, and when I said I asked for a large one, she started being rude to me and I just paid for the small one and left.

Great place to stop in with your family to meet Jason the owner & have an ice cream. The staff is friendly too! Everyone is welcome to come in. There are a few tables inside. The selection of ice cream is great & they have something for everyone. You can get a cone or in a cup.You can order an ice cream birthday cake for a children’s birthday party ? ?? many to choose from & they have few in the freezer section.There seems to always be a new flavor.Be sure to grab your ice cream soon! ?

Went to this baskin robins today. And the line was super long. Which is normal for an ice cream place on a hot weekend day. The line did take forever to get to us. But that’s because an older gentleman who works there was taking his time doing the door dash orders and doing it so painfully slow. The poor boy who looks to be in high school was basically doing everything. taking everyone’s orders and cashing out. You could tell the boy was stressed. He was doing everything.

The Oreo Sundae in the Door Dash app and other online photos look very different than what we received- especially having paid almost $10.

I just left this establishment & there was a young lady that happily helped us, on the other hand the red haired lady with bangs was VERY rude, didn’t greet us but greeted the other customers, didn’t smile had a straight attitude . I just feel like customer service should definitely be taken serious at this type of establishment for that reason they almost lost a customer, I’ll make sure I only go when she is not there or go to another Baskin Robins for that matter.
