My son stopped at Bastions this past June 2025 and purchased 2 good sizes of your coffee cake. It was exceptional and so moist. We couldn't put our forks down!
We're the ones who purchased a pecan pie from bastions last Christmas and a pumpkin pie last Thanksgiving. Both outstanding!
Everything we've tried is excellent including the donuts. It's great to have a wonderful place that bakes without gluten, dairy and cane sugar!

Incredible atmosphere, the food is always delicious and service is impeccable. Gluten free options, which is a must! Highly recommend.
As a gluten and dairy intolerant person this place is amazing. I can eat anything on the menu! Plus it’s always beautiful and delicious. It’s hard to decide what to order.
