i love thai food, but this is not it. i got drunken noodles, and they were sticky, sauceless, and bland. the chicken was dry, the veggies tasted of freezer burn, and the thai tea was much too sweet. i wish i hadn’t wasted my money. won’t be back

Noodles and meat are very dry. Lacks sauce and flavor… and what i ordered is the “bestseller”

I'm surprised my Google search for Beau Thai isn't full of blog posts waxing poetic about this place like there are for other Portland eateries. I have ordered from BT many times and never ever been let down. Since moving to Portland, BT has been a comfort. They are sometimes open late, and have been a go-to when I am up late or feeling sick or both. The Swimming Angels dish (steamed veggies, chicken, rice, and peanut sauce) has beautiful simplicity and is just what I need on all levels in times like those. When I have gone in to the restaurant to pick up my order, I was greeted by a very kindly woman who I assume was the owner. I felt she was genuinely exuding well wishes for me as she handed me my order - the whole establishment is a warm and cozy place. I for one think Beau Thai is pretty magical and that the internet needed more good things written about them on it!!!

They’re open super late and the food gets made quick. Not the best, but if you’re hungry it does the job.

Worst food I've ever had. I'm not a picky eater and this food was disgusting.

The beef pad kee mao was dry, not seasoned and the meat tasted boiled. Very chewy :/. This place did not taste like Thai food at all.
Top notch Thai cuisine at a reasonable price. Open until 1am, so it's the perfect place for late evening cravings. Great service and super friendly staff. My current personal favorite Thai place in Portland.

I deliver for door dash and went to pick up my order and the guy that brought it out was so rude he pulled the food away and shut the door in my face telling me to accept it I told him I am that I needed a picture of the receipt first to continue, the guy tried grabbing my phone out of my hands. The worst customer experience I’ve ever delt with. He acted like I was trying to steal the food I will be denying all orders from there
