It is seasonal, so you're out of luck in the winter, but if you catch it when it is open it's the best ice cream in Portland. Same concept as Nico's but, for my money, better execution.

This place has the best ice cream in Portland! The workers are great, all the flavors are amazing, and the ice cream is incredibly high quality. My go-to is pandan with hazelnuts in a waffle cone.

Ok, tried it one more time a few days ago… wow, what a difference this time!!!! The scoop size was great. I had a regular size in a cup and it was way more than I expected. Well done!!
