The pork belly is absolutely amazing! It's a destination spot for that alone. Bacon is first rate. Biscuits were spot on. Eggs! The coffee subpar, but that's all. Rockin' joint for breakfast or brunch.
We got the 2 person Sunday family style dinner (fried chicken, mac and cheese) and added smashed potatoes, a salad, and biscuits. Everything was incredible. Fried chicken was crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside. Biscuits were dense and so tasty, especially with the lemon curd and jam. Smashed potatoes had this slightly spicy sauce, so so good. I am not able to eat there as often as I like as the hours open rarely coincide with my times I am able to get there. However, this allows me to really look forward to when I can pick up an order and feast on the perfection of home style cooking from a comfortable and relaxing environment while supporting wonderful members of the community.
