We’ve been driving past Beez for many years and wondering about it. I’ve never heard anyone really talk about it so we thought we’d give it a shot and see for ourselves. We split a Chicken Fried Steak breakfast and I hate to say, really didn’t care for it much. We love the way Tom’s Restaurant makes theirs and this one had good breading but the meat had a lot of gristle, the gravy wasn’t great and the hash browns were just blah. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven by this little spot and didn’t even realize it was there. But I’m so glad I finally went. I absolutely adored this place! All the Betty Boop memorabilia was a sheer delight! However, I simply wanted to order something with eggs on the side, as I'm allergic, but my husband loves them, and I got an earful from the kitchen as if I was being super complicated. They literally shouted throughout the entire restaurant, which was beyond inappropriate.
