Do ya’ll want to sell pizza or no? 😂😅 We have been customers for nearly twenty years from Sherwood to Nimbus and now Portland, worst store BY FAR. No question. I feel sorry for the owner because it’s my favorite pizza but I won’t call back. Sorry 😞

Not made for dine in but there are tables and plenty of parking. Here's the thing though, this is the VERY best pizza I have ever ordered delivery, carry out or in store, hands down! The sauce is sublime and I like extra but that's me. The employees are okay, but they seem like a group used to delivering and I have to knock it down a bit for not being as friendly and inviting in person. The pizza is AAA+, and the staff are about a B-. Regardless, this is the best pizza around, by far!

Rudest employee ever. Was just on her phone the whole time, snickering with the chef in the back. They took so long to get an order out, cashier was probably the worst service worker I’ve ever seen in my life. Pizza was trash for how expensive it was too.

Ordered a pizza at 5pm, called at 5:45 to check on the time frame. Was told ours is going in the oven next. Called at 6:18 with no answer. All these reviews are true! Horrible customer service! Save your time and go elsewhere.

Called in for delivery, the lady that answered the phone was super rude, and asking me second question how much are you tipping the driver. Then the driver basically slammed the pizza at me after I tipped him 5 dollars to drive 6 blocks. Absolutely Ridiculous!! Called for manager yesterday and still haven't heard back. Go somewhere else. Joke!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pizza is too expensive to be that low quality.. the toppings were not baked into the cheese/sauce and kept falling off (plus the veggies were quite literally raw) and the crust was burnt in a way that it looked like it had been a cheese pizza reused w/ toppings added later. The woman at the front counter was rude and seemed upset at me asking for paper plates? Overall better off w/ store bought frozen pizza lol.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, they forgot my soda, order took 2 hours showed up cold. I ordered online there was no option to purchase extra ranch. I called and asked for extra ranch the girl was all nice and said yeah. The dasher gets there and they tell him it’s and extra charge. So I call and don’t even get half way through my sentence before getting hung up on. I try called back on a different number and they just let it ring. Worst customer service I think I’ve ever experienced in my life food was cold and taste like disgusting.
Order was incorrect and when we tried to call they just kept hanging up the phone and eventually stopped answering all together. Goose Hollow location is much better.

Horrible customer service from the girl in the front counter and her name is Sandra. We added a note where we can’t have bacon and the delivery driver brings the pizza and it has bacon. When we then tell the delivery driver and they tell us to call the store and they’ll fix it and they’ll resend it. When trying to explain this over the phone to Sandra she said “well i can’t do anything about it” and hangs up. Then we call back multiple times and after showing up to the store we realized Sandra had turned off the ringer so no one can hear the phones. All we wanted was our pizza then Sandra proceeds to grab a coworker to talk to us then she starts making pizza and didn’t even wash her hands keep in mind she just dealt with cash. At this point we just didn’t think it was sanitary so we just asked for the GM number and left and called it a night.
