Wonderful staff, and the pizza was delicious.
Order was incorrect and when we tried to call they just kept hanging up the phone and eventually stopped answering all together. Goose Hollow location is much better.
I will just give her one star, but even she is not qualified for one
Horrible customer service from the girl in the front counter and her name is Sandra. We added a note where we can’t have bacon and the delivery driver brings the pizza and it has bacon. When we then tell the delivery driver and they tell us to call the store and they’ll fix it and they’ll resend it. When trying to explain this over the phone to Sandra she said “well i can’t do anything about it” and hangs up. Then we call back multiple times and after showing up to the store we realized Sandra had turned off the ringer so no one can hear the phones. All we wanted was our pizza then Sandra proceeds to grab a coworker to talk to us then she starts making pizza and didn’t even wash her hands keep in mind she just dealt with cash. At this point we just didn’t think it was sanitary so we just asked for the GM number and left and called it a night.
Rudest person you could imagine on the phone. Never going back.
This place is great! Their gluten free pizza is the best I’ve had in town and their service is always amazing. Highly recommend.
Probably my worst experience ever. I placed an order online the night before because they were closed. I started getting texts that my order was delayed—when I called they told me it would be 90 minutes late. I tried to cancel it and they said they couldn't and now they aren't answering the phone. WORST experience. I am going to have to refuse the charge on my credit card, I guess. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.
The person behind the counter who claimed to be the manager was rude and disrespectful. Truely AWEFUL service! Would never go back.

If I could give 0 stars I would I walked in and the first thing I saw was cnn news I am not a liberal and I was offended the food was two out of ten I would highly recommend not coming here!!!
The manager has to be the rudest lady I’ve ever met. She looks at you like you’re dirt and continues to give you the dirtiest looks throughout your whole experience here. She should be fired as I see that this is not the first negative review about her. I feel so bad for the workers here as she probably treats them the same way. She was talking so nasty to them.

This is my first review. And leaving one for a not great reason. Front counter girl was super not friendly. Called to check on the status of an order (that was from over an hour ago) and she answered with, "we aren't taking an orders!" And hung up on me before I could even say hello.
Went in instead of calling and she again was hella stressed and said the order was canceled. The other people working stayed quiet and seemed embarrassed. DO NOT SEEK THE TREASURE. It's not there. Last I want to say thank you to DIGIORNO Pizza for pulling through yet again.
Is there anything that can be done with the staff? Recruit normal workers, not schoolchildren, who can't even speak. I waited 25 minutes for an order of two piz, as a result, the customer canceled the order. I still didn't understand if the staff knew about this and fooled me on purpose. There are four units from me. And I hope many people will support me. And more. The pizzeria employs teenagers who touch pizza with their bare hands. But it is unlikely that they wash their hands after the toilet.
