Walked 10 blocks to find out this business has moved.

It’s just a ghost kitchen with a pickup window.

Not really an ice cream shop. More of a ghost kitchen for a bunch of restaurants. Ice cream wasn’t available.

No soft serve ice cream. It's deep frozen solid for transporting to online delivery customers. There is no service either... You order on a computer screen and don't get to see or sample any ice cream at all.

The flavors were pretty generic and the ice cream itself was just ok. Certainly not the $8 they charge for a single scoop in a cup. Their prices are higher than Salt N Straw but for a demonstrably worse product and atmosphere.

This is not what we expected. Like some of the other reviews said, it’s an industrial dingy takeout / ghost kitchen where you can’t sample any flavors and have extremely limited options. We feel really duped by the photos that show up on Google

The direction of future take out. I was expecting a traditional ice cream store. I was highly disappointed to learn that it was a giant location of secret kitchens for Uber Eats take out drivers to pick up meals from lockers and deliver. We never got to see the person actually working with the ice cream. The menu that is on Google maps reflect all of the options, but when we got there, they had sold out of most options. There were only three options remaining. We had a lovely conversation with the live human, who oversees much of the operation and explained the process and option to order from the computer screen. However, the actual ice cream spot was hidden away somewhere… Not sure if it was a robot or human who put our order together. It was very overpriced and very small portions. It is full of quick moving take out drivers who rush in for their order and rush out to deliver with no need for human interaction. That was not the ideal ice cream location that I wanted on a vacation.

What ice cream shop? It isn't there. Don't waste your time.

While I appreciate the attempt at offering a more unique style of ice cream, I just didn’t care for it too much. It does taste fresh but the texture wasn’t for me. I love soft serve but this just wasn’t the same. The toppings were ok. As you can see some people loved it. Give it a try and see what you think. The ingredients are good.

This is a ghost kitchen. Yes, they technically offer ice cream, but the website is deceptive as are the reviews with pictures. You enter into a lobby of a ghost kitchen, with random pictures of Thai food and other items you can order. It’s definitely not an ice cream shop. I appreciate that the person/company supplying the ice cream may be a small business, but it’s deceptive to have it portrayed as an ice cream shop.

Not at all as advertised. It’s not an ice cream shop! It’s for delivery - not for soft serve on the spot. Luckily they gave money back.

i literally cannot express how perfect this place is. the ice cream is quite literally the best ice cream i've ever had, and the owner is also quite literally the sweetest most welcoming person i've ever had patron me. truly passionate about what he does, and it reflects on the insane quality of his product. i cannot recommend an ice cream place better than this; put a pass on salt and straw, get bellandcow.

The chocolate ice cream doesn’t taste good and is inconvenient to eat (takes 10 minutes to be soft enough to eat like any normal ice cream), especially with toppings that come in separate containers. The shop is a shared food place and has flies everywhere. The pictures don’t portray what the place/ice cream is actually like.

This is a ghost kitchen. All the ice cream is pre-packaged and extremely small. Like $10 for half a pint.

Pictures are misleading. This place is a pick-up ONLY place where they only sell prepacked food. The ice cream was prepacked. You order from a screen, and someone brings the prepacked ice cream from a freezer on the back. We read the ingredients list, and it is definitely not healthy, not delicious, and was not a nice experience. Each cup was $8. It was too expensive for ice cream we didn't even eat at the end.
I think the reviews are false, or people really have a terrible taste for flavor and quality.
