Arrived 20 minutes early for our reservation, sat at the bar to wait. 40 minutes later table was still not available, they offered a different window table in the bar. Beautiful view, next to the Christmas tree. Unfortunately, the bartender was asked to take our table. They were great, but honestly couldn't take on waiting a table while mixing drinks and managing the bar. Nor should they have had to. The reservation was made in advance, with a request for a window to celebrate. I have been to other Ritz-Carlton and would not have thought we would have a challenge with a reservation. Our food was delayed, we didn't eat until after being seated for almost two hours. The staff were kind, but again my expectations were higher. The food was presented nicely and prepared well, but the cost to what was given was honestly not a value. In my opinion, they are not one of the top restaurants I'd mention for Portland, they've dropped the ball. Beautiful space, but they need to work on their delivery, timing and pricing.

I expected to be blown away for the establishment, a holiday experience, and the price. I would not go again. Our server was good, the food was fine but the bread was dry and avacado brown on the sandwiches.

The tea at Bellpine is perfect for a holiday treat! Good food, good music, beautiful food, good vibes!

Poor service. Cold food. Just an overall set experience, especially for being connected to a high class brand.

We had the seven course tasting menu which was an excellent value. The only quibble that I have is that they served a cherry hoison sauce on the tritip steak. I do not like sweet sauces on steak.. The other 6 courses were excellent

Our dinner was $260 for two. 7 course chefs menu. First 6 courses was a joke. Joke. Slice or salad. Two tacos. Something else that we didn't even touch. Honestly I don't remember what else. Last course steak was 4 thin slices but it was good. It wasn't even size if appetizer. It was just a joke. Food was so bad. We were better off to order two steaks. It would cost less and be so much better. I am not even an eater but sizes were so small and so bad. I honestly hoped they at least bring break cause we left hungry and went to eat out. It was over priced and not 7 course. It was a joke. I wish k could get a refund. Or re do. I felt robed of holiday dinner.

Our server, Hillary, was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The dishes we chose were excellent, wine was very nice and the bartender made us great cocktails.

We joined visit to Bellpine for thanksgiving dinner! Great view and atmosphere. Welcomed with mimosas. Large selection for buffet thanksgiving dinner.

We love this place but the thanksgiving brunch was def “meh” . We expected to be blown away for the price. From the bad serving utensils to the very minimal carving station( Turkey only- nothing for Turkey haters) to the metered seafood- oysters and shrimp only, no hollandaise sauce, on and on. Not worth 250 a plate. All that said, energy was good and people were nice even though they were working on the holiday.

This was not worth the price. They only had turkey and a few sides to choose from. No mashed potatoes, nothing kids really wanted. I mean it was the worst but most expensive bunch I've been too. They could have at least had free flowing mimosas but nope. Never again. What a rip off.

I had made a thanksgiving brunch reservation for my son & myself. It was beautiful. Sebastian was attentive, not intrusive, the food was well made, and the setting was incredible.

Food was fantastic and Sebastien provided some of the best service I've ever received at a restaurant

I came for breakfast and got seated promptly by a cordial hostess. The food as always was excellent, however the service wasn't the greatest. The waiter was very nice, however he was too chatty with other tables thus neglecting his service level with his other tables (i.e., me having to ask another waiter for my check or other essential items). He was literally going from table to table chatting beyond a normal limit as if he was Frankie Valli at a Las Vegas party. Thank you chef.

Our reservations didn't show on restaurant computer, fortunately I had confirmation in my email. While plenty of nice tables on 20th floor with city view were available we were shown the table close to the wall. After requesting to seat at window table we were seated with some hesitation there. So, first impression was rather disappointing. Menu was interesting although caviar portion was weird - not just excessively expensive but also listed chips as condiments for caviar (it is only at the end after we finished dinner and server asked if we have any suggestions I stated that blini will be much preferred choice for caviar. Server mentioned that blini could be made but that's have to be ordered specially as those are not on a menu). Food was good, deserts were very good while unusual, Grappa of any kind was not available to conclude the dinner. Overall OK but could be better, still good value for the money.
