Valentine’s Day drinks and a bite at the bar. Nice staff, great view, good cocktails and tasty bar food. The price is high as one would expect, but the experience was fun. Loved the excellent vocalist who entertained as well.

Lovely place to have lunch. Service is exceptional and food was delicious. Honestly surprised with pricing in that it was a great value. Valet parking is a bit excessive in price, especially when dining on property.

Disappointing. The food was marginal at best. This is a great food town. The food should be special. it wasn't. Some little cucumber sandwiches. a tiny avocado toast. Some garnishes in the shape of hearts. You get the picture. Little bites that should have left you wanting more but a bite was more than enough. You will find more elevated flavors at any Portland food truck pod. The chef should tour some of them. Find those special flavors then make them beautiful. Thats what I expect from a $400 tea in this beautiful building in this unique town. The singer was talented but so loud that we had to yell the whole time. On the bright side, the view of Portland was captivating, my outfit was popping and the waitstaff was exceptional.

As we have been in Bellpine a dozen times since 2024 we see changes that happen in their menus and schedule. We had breakfast, lunch (when lunch was still served) , brunch and dinner in the past.. This time we were there for brunch. We think that it was a good idea to combine breakfast and lunch menus and serve brunch every day. The menu for brunch is bigger and has a lot of items to choose from. The only problem we noticed is that the portions are not proportional. We ordered crab sandwich last year , which more like crab roll with brioche that was fine. It is listed among "sandwiches", but the portion this time was too small for any sandwich. It reminds their dinner appetizer that is called Crab Berliner. The size of the crab sandwich cannot be the same as the appetizer. The white bread was tasty, but it was not brioche. Belgian waffle is listed with desserts, but it is more like a separate meal. On a positive note the food was well prepared and the menu items are changed in a timely manner. The city views are stunning and the dining room is very well decorated. The service was exceptional. We hope to see more positive changes in this restaurant in the future. Highly recommend it for special celebrations.

Went here for a Birthday dinner for my Husband and this was an extraordinary meal. The level of service delivered by Craig was superb and right away we knew we were going to be taken care of and we were! The service rendered by him was on the level of Canlis in Seattle. All other staff was wonderful as well on this weekend getaway btw. Shout out to Gabriel as well that waffle was good. (we went back for breakfast the following day). FYI: The head chef is in the process of rebooting the restaurant and the menu will soon change. I will say for a chef making a previous chefs menu I was super impressed and if that was a sample of what is to come than I would return to this Ritz location just to see what the new chef does! The food was a notch better here than other Ritz's I have been to. Keep up the good work Bellpine & Ritz Portland.

They combined the Eggs Benedict into one big Benedict, which is ok just a little odd. Sun was in my face but that's probably what you get for picking a rooftop location.

Craig our server was delightful and very attentive in the right ways. The ambiance was lovely and quiet since we had early dinner reservations. The food was delicious and overall it was a wonderful anniversary dinner!
