I recently ordered online a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream cake for the 1st time, for my daughter‘s birthday. The flavors in the cake were delicious, but my daughter noticed that there was no actual layer of crumbled brownies that we had specified in our online order. I believe this might have been omitted by accident. No one at her party could find any cake layer of crumbled brownies. So the cake turned out to be just various kinds of ice cream and icing on top. We weren’t expecting that. This review is to just to let the public know. We had never ordered an ice cream cake at at Ben & Jerry’s before and were disappointed by having no cake-like layer of brownie crumbles. But on the positive side, the employees and service are friendly and great, the cake was ready on time, and the different ice cream flavors & icing were very good.
Parking: There are spots for temporary parking only. But they were full. I had to find a parking garage.

Look it’s a Ben & Jerry’s chain restaurant there’s nothing exceptional about it, but the ice cream is good. This location could have been a little bit cleaner, but the staff was extremely friendly and offered samples. The ice cream as always is a tiny bit overpriced, but if you’re looking for something quick and sweet, this is a good option.

Ben & Jerry's Catering (New Avenues for Youth),
I can't rave enough about the pleasant, worry-free experience I had with Erica from Ben & Jerry's Catering at the Yamhill shop in Portland. Of the 3 Ben & Jerry's shops I contacted in Portland, she was far and away the most responsive and helpful! In a year of researching, shopping, planning and choosing vendors for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding, my experience with Erica was one of the best! I checked all the ice cream caterer's in the area. Most of them were quite expensive and had limits, restrictions, and extra charges once you got down to an estimate. Erica was one of the most easy-going, honest, cooperative vendors I had the pleasure of working with. She was so responsive and agreeable to all my questions and requests! When I was concerned about not having a choice for our handful of gluten-intolerant guests, she offered to bring some berry sorbets. As always, Ben & Jerry's ice cream is excellent and they offer so many unique and delicious options! To top it all off, Erica informed me that when you hire Ben & Jerry's Catering, you're also supporting New Avenues for Youth which provides job training to youth experiencing housing instability. While some of the B&J's corporate liberal causes don't appeal to me, anything supporting and taking care of vulnerable little ones and youth has my utmost support! We felt honored that in celebrating my daughter & son-in-law's special day, we were also able to contribute to an important cause. Thank you Erica for being such a joy to work with!!

Awesome little ice cream store, not a lot of seating inside but I would recommend walking around the neighborhood as you enjoy your sweet treat.
A bit pricey when compared to a grocery store cost of ice cream but it’s perfect if you’re nearby craving something sweet. I recommend the berry sorbet.
No parking lot but lots of cheap street parking nearby.

I wish I had grabbed the employees name because I've never experienced such horrible service like this. Went in around 2:30 pm on 7/18/24 and there were two guys working.
The young white guy who was wearing a red beanie was insanley rude. He seemed like he was being held against his will to work there, he seemed miserable to be there. My friend greeted him when we walked in and was like "hi how's it going?" And he mumbled a response back.
When I went to check out (for a single kids cup) he said "$11.84" and I thought I heard him wrong and I said "sorry how much?" And he said "$11.84" and I asked "for a kids up?"
And he responded with "that's what I said".
My friend turned to him asked "$11.84 for a kids cup?" And then he said "oh I thought they were together". No apology or nothing.
He also gave me barely a scoop while my friends (who's was scooped by the other guy) was overflowing.
Do better Ben and Jerry's and hire friendly people.

I have never felt more unsafe in an ICE CREAM SHOP in my life. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The male workers working there this evening were intimidating, rude, and forced me out of the shop a half hour before closing, saying they were "closed." I sincerely hope these employees are fired immediately so no one has to deal with what I just went through.

I normally order brownies on the side with my ice cream, but during the last few months I've had my order for brownies repeatedly canceled due to no inventory. I don't fault the location as I usually would place my order late in the day. I decided to place my order early in the day today, but I also called to ensure they'd have brownies on hand. I spoke with Maya who said they didn't have many left, but she said she could make more.
Time goes by and I get a call from GrubHub saying my order was canceled because someone else accidentally picked up my order other than my driver. I called Ben & Jerry's back and spoke with Maya again who said they still had plenty of brownies on hand and that she would pack them up for me immediately. I hung up, placed my order again and FINALLY received my ice cream WITH brownies.
I don't think I've ever written a review on Google before but I wanted to give a shout out and thank you to Maya for helping fulfill my brownie addiction and giving amazing customer service! The brownies are even better than I remembered and it made my day to receive them. Thank you!!

Worker was baked out of his mind, took him ten minutes to make a large strawberry milkshake, not a big deal. Good laugh with friend, until after waiting over ten minutes the same high worker dropped the milkshake when opening the cash register making him have to restart and us wait another ten minutes.

Got here at 7:50 and they closed with this sign out front…
Here's what I like about Ben & Jerry's:
Variety: They have a wide variety of ice cream flavors, from classics like Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough to more adventurous options like Chocolate Fudge Brownie with Walnuts.
Quality Ingredients: Ben & Jerry's uses high-quality ingredients, including chunks of cookies, brownies, and fudge in many of their flavors.
Indulgence: Sometimes, a delicious and decadent ice cream treat is just what you need!
Here's something to keep in mind:
Sugar Content: Ice cream is a sugary treat, so enjoy it in moderation!
