Sweet spot to kick back and enjoy time to yourself. They need sugar free options.

Ok so my review is mostly about the employee because the ice cream is what you would expect of Ben & Jerry’s. But the employee is the standout. His name is Wes and he is fantastic. Super helpful and nice!!!

I guess they have a policy of not giving out extra cups with their cones. Pretty crummy.

Ordered a custom ice cream cake for a birthday, there's no online payment option so I was called and gave my payment over the phone. When I went to pick up the cake I was told it hadn't been made because they didn't receive payment, despite me having a charge on my credit card.
The employee was nice enough and offered me one of the premade cakes in the freezer, but it's obviously not what I ordered, especially for a birthday...
Not sure why I wasn't emailed or called again the day before I was supposed to pick up if they "hadn't received payment"....

Employees are always helpful! Ice cream is delicious but too damn expensive. Why is there no option under $5? A single scoop of ice cream should not be $6. I could go buy a pint for that much. I'm past my balking point, lower the prices.

Update: In response to the location manager: The photo shows what we got for a cookie sundae and a banana split. That’s it so yes I am rightfully writing you off for subpar customer service and subpar flavor and quality. We have ordered many times before from a different location and it was warm, soft and gooey cookies, hot fudge not cold with all the ingredients. The fudge and extra toppings you added. This was an unappetizing mess.We used to get Ben and Jerry’s takeout all the time during Covid at a different location and it was so good. This one is awful. Didn’t even give us all we ordered and we paid $20 to build our own which they used to make for you as they should. Cookies were frozen, and it was all very subpar. Don’t waste your money at this location. We loved the Yamhill location previously.

I chose oat-based Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough in a sugar cone. Great flavor with generous gobs of cookie dough. Warning: Waffle cones are not vegan. Updated from previous review on 2024-04-17

I’m very upset. I come here often with my family many times a year. Spend tons of money here. Always been satisfied. But tonight on 9/29/23 my scoop of ice cream was LESS than HALF the size of a normal scoop. I’m pissed… if I wasn’t in a rush to pick up my kid I would’ve complained directly but ridiculous it was such an absurd amount less than a normal scoop. I can understand some scoops sizes differ and it is hand scooped, but tonight was just silly. Literally less than half of even the smaller size scoops I normally get.
