We were disappointed. We hadn’t been to Bentley’s in a long time. We remember it as having friendly service and good bagels, but that wasn’t our experience this time.
The staff didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in, even though there were two staff very near us. We thought maybe they were still closed and were about to leave before they told us they would be a few minutes. They were not busy.
The bagels themselves were dry and flavorless. Even the jalapeño cream cheese was bland. In the past, the food was occasionally inconsistent, but usually good. This did not measure up. I’m afraid they are going down hill.

We love Bentleys bagels! They have good bagels and coffee and their staff is always so friendly and nice.
Also our dogs love the dog bagels.

Got a bagel sandwich and it triggered my eating disorder because I wished I had never eaten it. I’ve never experienced such deep food regret before. These are the worst bagels i’ve ever had. Dry dry dry DRY to the point that the ingredients all slipped off the bagel. The coffee was really yummy and the staff is really cool and sweet. It sucks that the baker can’t do chemistry.
