Dude, Chang's spicy Udon soup is the best in town. Add some marinated octopus and you're set!

Exceptional chicken and veggies and sauce and prices. Kinda mushy rice and no restrooms. Would come back :)

The teriyaki chicken is super tender and not too sweet.

It was alright. For its location in that part of downtown it’s excellent because there’s not much else there. But in comparison to other parts of downtown or Portland food in general - it’s okay.Meal was good, but teriyaki chicken could’ve used more flavor.

BC2 is a true gem! I love the bibimbap bento - the rice is perfect, sauce is delicious, and it's a great combination of vegetables and chicken. Chang creates a friendly atmosphere and I always appreciate the care he takes in every aspect of this great lunch spot.
Owner/chef is friendly and remembers regulars. Yakisoba is crave worthy and the bakalava makes a perfect dessert for lunch

The service was excellent and the spicy udon noodle soup is the best I've ever had. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
Stopped by for food, door says open at 11 and no one is there and no sign explaining. Pretty silly to advertise as open if your not.
During my stay in Portland downtown, this is the "go to" place for early morning coffee before the others awake. I went here three times: first time was perfect, second time opened late by 1.5H, and the third time was accosted by homeless man. Portland is known for its coffee roasters, but at 5:30 am, nothing is open. This Starbuck's is a godsend but keep vigilant in the dark and in the walk from the hotel.
Food is nothing but flavorless, undercooked slop.
Fantastic cookies and excellent citron tea (magic tea)
