Pho is on the sweeter side but still delicious! Definitely stop by for happy hour from 3-5 because the prices become a lot more reasonable.

Really good Vietnamese food on the west side. I had the Salmon Luc Lac and it was terrific. Lots of fresh veggies & yummy sauce. Great lunch spot.

I used to lived in Portland and moved to Salem 3 years ago . I tried so many restaurants but this one is the best . BEP restaurant gave me a great time and the best foods . I never seen my wife eat in a restaurant with a happy face like that . We ordered 2 noodles and one papaya salad . The soups are so good , very delicious . The salads so fresh and tasty , not too salty like other places. If you are coffee lovers , you must try the salted coffee here . Me and my wife tried and we love it .We will come back again soon to try others foods here .

Food, service, and ambiance were excellent. Food was fresh and healthy (no heavy sauces). Brought second pot of tea just as first ran out. Service was prompt and very polite. Salmon dish, tofu dish, and spring roll with jasmine tea

Vietnamese fare was a little new to me. The first time we went I didn't know what to expect. But now I know... Bep food is fresh, healthy and delicious. Our first visit to Bep was out of curiosity. We keep going back because the food is so good. Restaurant ambiance is bright and clean with lots of natural light. Servers polite and helpful. One of our favorites.

This place is amazing. The staff are so sweet and incredibly friendly; always smiling and you can tell they care. their food is delicious and it's the only Vietnamese/Pho place I go to. They prepare take out orders quickly but not at the expense of the quality of the food. can't recommend them enough!!

Decent prices and delicious dishes. I'm fan of the quail eggs in pho and this spot provides.

This is our go to place for Pho. Large portions, yummy broths- plus a vegan option. Their food is fresh. The service is great. Highly recommend.

Ordered taro spring rolls, variety meat noodles, a beef noodle soup, and a pork bon me. Wait was about 20 minutes. Pork bon me was crunchy but not too hard and the mystery sauce was very good. Would recommend. Soup in the beef noodles was quality. Appreciated taro as an alternative to cabbage in most spring rolls, more substantial.

You must try Yogurt with sweet sticky rice (in purple) It is heavenly fragrant, and perfect sweetness: even for diabetic patient, it would not be bad at all. Sometimes, I just have to buy 12 of them, really enjoy this delicious treat for the whole week. Highly recommended. ANDY.

Since the new owner came, this place is really good. Taste is really good with the generous portion. I think this is better than the famous downtown Vietnamese restaurant. I am glad this restaurant is nearby.

You know what’s better than splitting 6 wings with your partner?Thats right, splitting 5 wings and staring at the last one in a battle of “no, you take the last one”.All of this while you’re still starving from the small portions Bep Vietnamese has to offer. The grace of giving that last wing away to your partner is worthy of a Nobel prize. With such small portions you’d think, well this will be inexpensive! Wrong again, friend! It’s 17.50 per plate in the year 2023!Well then you must be asking yourself, is the food fine dining? It MUST be better than your average Vietnamese Thai restaurant. And the answer again is NOT AT ALL!! It’s extremely AVERAGE!! Not to mention the Thai pad chicken is mixed with so much orange sugar flavoring you’ll swear you accidentally ordered the Marmalade. But that’s not all! When you walk in to Bep, you’ll salivate as you see bottles and bottles of REAL Sriacha on the wall! Yes, the GOOD stuff!I know! Someone has it.And you’ll be DELIGHTED to know that when you order some of that sriacha for 50 cents per ketchup packet, and you arrive back at home you will be treated with a generic off brand sriacha that tastes so bad you have to use your skills in imagination to make it “feel” like you’re eating the stuff they have in full bottles all over the wall.

Lots of vegetarian options for a reasonable price! My favorite is the lemongrass tofu bowl, made vegan and extra spicy.
