i went in, got a plain bagel with cream cheese for a test run. I was missing the time i went to crown heights with my hot jewish gf. So i decided to find the best thing i could in portland as a point of nostalgia.
Damn this hit. Perfect chewiness, not toasted. That hint of sour, and the perfect crust. I was really impressed. Also the shmear was the perfect amount. One of the better west coast bagels ive had. Bagels arent complicated, but they are kinda hard...

These bagels were perfect! The texture and flavor were great. I got a poppyseed bagel sandwich, and it was to die for. Lovely tomato jam and arugula on top of a warm bagel with turkey. My partner got the pork roll, and it was as classic as it should be. Impressive that they can not only make a fun and unique sandwich combo, but also a really well done version of a classic.
