This place has some of the best Indian food in all of Portland. There’s good reason why this place is so highly rated. The flavor is beyond amazing- the tandoori chicken is some of the best I’ve ever had in my life and it’s not an exaggeration. The portions and prices are so fair too. The staff are nice and very helpful. Happened to order from here on chance and am so glad- definitely will be a regular here!

Without a doubt the best Indian food in Portland and the best I've had in 8 years of living in the USA. The nearest to English style Indian food I've had. The Vindaloo extra hot was nearly hot enough and the lamb sheesh kebab was perfect. 29 stars/5

For new Indian eaters.. stay far away as it will mess up your idea of Indian food. I had to salt the whole dish at home.

Excellent place to eat, great atmosphere and lighting inside. The service and the hospitality was nothing short of perfect. The food itself was nothing like i’ve experienced before. There was a great variety of options vegetation and non veg. All of those aspects come together and make this place one of the best Indian cuisines i’ve visited.

Best butter chicken (chicken makhani) and chicken tikka in Portland! Authentic Indian food at a family run business. Owner is very friendly at is willing to explain the dishes if you have questions. Everything is delicious and I strongly recommend trying them out!
Fantastic new local Indian restaurant! Exquisite vegetarian and vegan options. Lunch offering is $15 for at least a double portion of food! Very nice and friendly people.
Vegetarian options: Bengan Bartha (eggplant) is very good. Korma is excellent, with very strong umami. The lentil soup is very comforting.

Let me start off with the taste and food quality…. This is the best Indian food I’ve had so far, especially in Portland. The meatballs will put your favorite Italian restaurant to shame. The Lamb is so delicious…. Dam…The spices must come straight from India. Every bite is packed with an explosive sensation … I had the lunch combo and had to return for the Dinner. We got two dinner meals with samosa and that could feed us for breakfast and dinner tomorrow. I bring food home from Best Of India when the wife and I aren’t vibing. This food has the power to make things right at home. I end the night off right with a happy ending.

We had the best Indian food in East County at this restaurant! We had vegetable biryani, chicken, curry, and vegetable Jazi something like that. Also garlic naan and the lentil crackers with three sauces. We had a feast. It was all delicious. This restaurant is our new favorite. You don’t see it from Sandy, you have to look it up on Google and find your way in. It’s at the back of a strip mall kind of place. P.S., I almost forgot to mention the rice pudding, which was extra good.
