I've been ordering food from this cart for a few years now and the quality has been consistently good. Flavours are vibrant, portions are generous and the staff have always been friendly even when they are very busy.My favourites are the Lamb Korma and their Vegetable Samosas. In fact, ordering these as a combo is becoming one of our eating-out staples.

The best malai kofta and samosas I've ever had! We also had the vegan vegetable korma coconut and naan, which were also great. Good price as well. Folks working here were very nice and friendly. The cart is all by itself in a side of the park, but I definitely recommend!
I got a Door Dash order from them today as I'm healing my knee and can't drive. I sometimes forget just how flavorful their food is, the chicken saag is sublime. The prawns in the vindaloo were 30 seconds over but not tough, the chicken korma is my husband's favorite. Definitely get the peshwari naan.

Great Indian food! My vegetable korma had fresh, crunchy vegetables with excellent rice, and the naan bread was so satisfying. I look forward to ordering my next dinner from Best Taste of India!

My family is Pakistani and we've had Indian food at many of the buffets around here and while yes they're good, this place takes the cake. I would go every day if I had the chance. It's inexpensive and for the portions it's even better. I've tried so hard to eat the whole thing but I can never finish, but even the leftovers are bomb. Nothing I've had here has been bad, and the owner is super polite. Defo best place and recommend
This is a review for the location in sw pdx downtown. Tried it out because of the rave reviews and it was great. Got the saag Chana. Took a while to cook but nice to see that it's made fresh. Food was piping hot and flavorful

Outstanding Indian food! This is a hidden gem, tucked away in the back of the Springwater Food Carts. Everything is so authentic, flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend! I love the Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Curry, Vegetable Samosas and mango lassi.

Top notch cart in this pod, everything is good on the menu. Always a good pick.
This place has become my go to Indian food in Portland. Always good, fresh, and not blown up in price like I feel the others have gotten. Much recommended. Good vegetarian options too!

I ordered a vegetable biryani, plain naan, Butter chicken and vegetable samosa. The biryani has no flavor the only vegetable all it has was peas and carrots NO cashews I asked for it to be spicy, didn’t get that either. The samosa was plain, the naan was great. Overall I am very disappointed and will never order from here again!
