I came in to pick up a pizza, feeling quite hungry and thirsty. I stood at the front entrance clearly waiting, but the staff didn’t acknowledge me at all. Instead, they continued serving other customers with drinks and didn’t offer even a simple “we’ll be right with you.” As an Asian woman, I couldn’t help but feel invisible in that moment.
