There's no excuse for bad Mexican food in Portland! There are plenty of places serving delicious authentic Mexican food. Maybe some people prefer bland, over Americanized Mexican food , but I prefer the real thing. The enchiladas I got were flavorless, smothered in jack cheese, and piled high with shredded lettuce. That's not Mexican!
