This is my FAVORITE food in Portland. I am vegan and their soyrizo tacos are by far the best I’ve ever had. Every time I try other tacos, I’m sorely disappointed because they aren’t Betos tacos. They load them up beautifully and are filling, flavorful, and just absolutely delicious, not to mention they’re fairly priced. I went to a different local taco truck and spent $14 on 3 tacos that barely had any vegetables in them and no gauc or soyrizo. Seriously. If you’re vegan (or not even vegan) and looking for a place to eat in Portland GO HERE.

Delicious tacos, good portions, I’d say my favorite tacos are the shrimp tacos, asada and al pastor are good too. Al pastor is well seasoned with some kind of sweetness also has pineapple in it. Very delicious.
