There's a lot of good Mexican in NoPo ( coming from a Southern Californian) but Beto's just does every right. Their breakfast burrito is fire, and I love that they offer black beans as an option. Their breakfast torta is also a star order. For lunch or dinner, their mole enchiladas are some of the best I've had. All of their proteins are top notch and their chile rellenos are the best I've tried in PDX. You can tell they put a LOT of effort into their cooking.

Prices doubled in 3 years while burritos are all rice and beans. Bummer, I used to love this spot.

Very good, I would add it to my rotation when I'm in St.Johns Which has couple good Mexican spots. This spot has dishes others don't can't go wrong

We go to Betos at least once a week! We love the chimichanga, the tacos, and the tamales! They are the sweetest and very quick :)

Ordered the torta and WOW, what a sandwich! Enormous portions and the flavor was great! The meats are so well cooked and tender, I loved all the salsa options for every heat level. Easy to walk up and make an order to take over to the park or just eat there in the small lot! Service is quick and super friendly!

The enmoladas are my fave, and now that you can get them with black beans instead of refried, I think they've been perfected! That's my jam!Cold tip - the drinks in the cooler inside are a bit colder than directly from the front of the truck.

There was a small line and it disappeared and reappeared instantly. This place has EFFICIENT service. It seems like all the businesses nearby frequent the place because you can SMELL THE AMAZING FRESH FOOD AS YOU WALK UP. We got 2 asada burritos with different beans and his with no sour cream and they're enormous. If I wasn't a fan of leftover burrito we could have split it. No! I made it into a movie day. The burritos are enormous and filling and delicious. A regular came by and insisted the shrimp and fish tacos are well worth the cost ($5) versus $3. They have a single charge for choice of meat and an upcharge only for fish/shrimp/pescado/camerones so I see people mix and match their taco choices. The plates are appealing cause you can build it yourself but I didn't go with that since it's a cart and I was doing takeout in the car not setting up a picnic. The price was really good and this really matters as burritos go and for the plates. Their salsa was also really good; I prefer the verde. Apparently the place next door associated with them that is brick and morter serves tamales so I will be going back to try them soon!!

Stopped in a bar close to the food cart that serves its food. This burrito is really good. Lot of good flavor. The sauces are really good as well.

Excellent taco truck. Good price for the quality. Excited to have found my new taco spot. We got delicious carnitas street tacos and giant al pastor burritos. 3 people ate for $26

Simple food truck in St John's with my favorite breakfast burritos. Quick and easy pop in and grab to go. Seriously, the size of these things are HUGE. I usually split one with my husband or eat half for later. The bacon is always nice and crispy not weird and chewy. The hot sauces are yummy (green is my personal fave). I haven't had much on their menu because I keep going back for the breakfast burrito. But they also have a location at Havalina Bar down the street which is also an awesome spot for drinks and I love that you can order from Betos there! I recently had the cheeseburger and it is way better than the over priced ones at restaurants. Seriously betos, keep it up. Always friendly and amazing prices, will keep going back here again and again

Delicious shrimp fajitas with well cooked fresh veggies. Tacos dorados also yummy and both come piping hot and in abundance. I get two to four meals from each order. I'd try other things on their menu, but I'm hooked! Maybe sometime soon....
