One of my favorite meals in Northwest Portland, especially when I’m looking for cleaner food. The service is always quick and the bibimbap & kimbap are delicious.

Portland, which I come to every now and then, has a charm that makes me want to walk. Today too, I left the hotel without a plan and wandered around from place to place and stumbled upon bibim~:) I was thinking about the lunch menu, but as soon as I saw this place, I went into the restaurant without even a second of hesitation—! As expected, it was run by Koreans. They recommended bibimbap and spicy pork bulgogi because it was delicious, so I took the bibimbap!?!? The quantity was huge and the taste was??? It's been a long time since I buried my nose in my bowl and ate without any hesitation. While I was eating, they told me that it tastes better if you mix it with Japchae, but what can I say? As expected, it’s sweet. I was very happy to find a good Korean food restaurant in Portland. I felt grateful to the Korean owner who runs the business, and I was grateful to the owner and his daughter who are spreading K-Korean food as many Portland residents are visiting this place. It was a moment that felt amazing. “Please continue to spread delicious K-Korean food to the public.”

Bibi2Go is a place I'll be going to many, many more times after my first experience. The bimbi plate that I got was delicious, the only thing I wish there was more of was rice. One of the best restaurants on 23rd and definitely worth a visit!

The presentation of this food was visually stimulating for my eyes! The intense colors and delicious flavors and the egg in the middle was my favorite… plus the hand written instructions to “mix ?” ! This was a perfect afternoon meal for me! The restaurant interior was clean, open and fresh, the music video selection is right on!! Thanks for being in Portland! Also I got gluten free option!

It was really delicious. I want to come back to Portland just to eat the bulgogi burrito again. I went twice, and it was delicious both times. It tastes even better than the bibimbap places in Korea. If you open a branch where I live, I would be a regular customer! I'm really curious about the recipe! I highly recommend it.
