We had our holiday party catered by Big Kahuna. Wonderful! The food was amazing. Even the details were great: bamboo plates, high quality plasticware, and all the utensils. We highly recommend and will return!

Moved here in 2009, been coming here since then and I haven't grown tired of this place yet. When nothing else sounds good this place always does the trick! Especially Love the chicken with sweet chili sauce and the tri-tip with teriyaki sauce.

Our family had our mothers celebration of life catered from Big Kahunas last Saturday at Columbia Park. It was delivered right on time by Gary and a college. The food was amazing and the portions where huge. I recommend Big Kahunas hands down the best Hawaiian food in town ??❤️

(Takeout/Doordash review): food was tasty and came as a good sized portion.This was my first time having Hawaiian BBQ so I didn’t know what to expect, but I had a positive experience.The meat: I had the ribs and the teriyaki chicken. I got both with the sauce on the side so I was happy with the seasoning and cooking on them. Reminded me a lot of the Caribbean BBQ style mixed with slow smoking. Very good portion as well.The sides: The rice as a side is plain white rice - which I didn’t expect - but if that is the Hawaiian way I can’t complain. The Mac and Cheese was good, but had a unique taste - i think it had another flavor ingredient in in besides the regular Mac and Cheese ingredients. Still tasty, but not the american M&C style if that’s what you were looking for. Baked beans were a nice addition to the rice and tasted as it should.Presentation: I don’t think I took a picture which sucks but the food was presented well and arrived well packaged with DoorDash. As I mentioned above, I requested the sauce on the side so not sure if that helped with it not arriving messy. What I did not like was that in the ribs box, the sauce container was placed IN the baked beans. Maybe sauces can be left outside of the boxes of food (my suggestion), but overall great experience.
This place has great food, it feels home made. I have been there many times and hace not been disappointed. I would eat there everyday if it didn't mess with my waistline! They are also friendly and fast.

I tried ordering from their website on Valentine's Day. I has really terrible functionality. After 15 minutes of failing to be able to enter a delivery time, I gave up and went to Dickey's BBQ.

Big Kahuna's made our office 2023 celebration FABULOUS!! We booked for 50 and had some of the most tender and delicious Huhi Huli chicken, and flavorful Kalua pulled pork with all the trimmings, and everyone loved EVERYTHING, and there were even leftovers for them to take home! Very generous portions of great food at a very reasonable price!! What's not to love!!Wonderful staff...Gary was so accommodating... highly recommend them for any event!! I know we'll be back!

Can't place an order for pickup without signing up for some food delivery service like GrubHub or Uber eats. Can't even call in an order it just plays a prerecorded message telling you to place an order through the website.
