The Loaded Spam bing was great! There was a great mix of soft and crunchy textures throughout the meal, the wonton cracker was key. Perfect size for a handheld walk around the area and snack. 10/10 would recommend.
I love this place. I had never had a Jianbing prior to this and now I eat at least one per week.
I never had a Chinese wrap sooo very delicious. I had loaded with sausage.
The jianbing is delicious and fun! Not too heavy but filling. Decent prices for what you get too. The duck is good, sausage is a bit too salty for my tastes.
Not a lot of this in the area so it's an adventure. The bing mi is fantastic. I like mine with extra sauce and I beg them to make it as spicy as they can. The deluxe fully loaded veggie is great for a vegetarian and I think even a meat lover would appreciate the hearty egg, tofu, and crispy fried something wrapped in this perfect Asian crepe! The cart was great, their new brick and mortar location is amazing, cozy, reminds me of the old Paradox Cafe maybe. Haven't tried anything else yet because I already love that one item so much, though we did have the chili oil dumplings as an appetizer one time. Oof, the bing me is filling enough, my wife splits it though I always want to gorge it, so getting the dumplings was too much but they were incredible. Even our 2 year old loved all this stuff and didn't mind the spice or the spinach in the dumplings! Parking is rough so don't try to game the timing, order after you are perched nearby. The staff is wonderful, helpful, kind, and quick. The food comes out piping hot and is wrapped well to survive a drive, if you can wait that long to tuck in.
Amazing food. First time trying a jiangbing (loaded Chinese sausage) and was blown away. The noodles and dumplings were super fresh and flavorful.
Great jianbing! A little spendy compared to what I'm used to paying for jianbing but it is much larger than what I expected.
When I came back from China this was a great find. 👍
I love this place they have the most delicious jian bings. I am a bit sad that they closed their food cart location but understand that it was redundant to have the two locations so close together.
I just discovered when ordering in advance from Google search, DoorDash kindly offers free!!! take out ordering buuut the cost of the loaded tofu bing is $16 instead of the standard $14! How sneaky to slip in a 15% increase for the free online ordering! This is the new business model - hidden surcharges! Sneaky DOORDASH!
You Po mian noodles were exceptional

Bing Mi PDX is a must-try for any food lover seeking authentic Chinese cuisine. Their jian bing, a savory crepe filled with egg, pickled vegetables, and herbs, is a culinary masterpiece. The delicate crepe, perfectly cooked to a crisp, envelops a symphony of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds. The egg adds a richness, the pickled vegetables provide a refreshing crunch, and the herbs add a subtle complexity that elevates the entire dish.
But the jian bing is just the beginning. Bing Mi's noodles are equally exquisite. Each strand is made with care, resulting in a light and flavorful texture that is simply divine. Whether you opt for the zha jiang mian, a hearty dish with pork belly, fermented bean sauce, and vegetables, or the vegetarian version, you're guaranteed to be satisfied.
The service at Bing Mi is also top-notch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and passionate about their food. They're always happy to recommend dishes and make sure you have a delightful dining experience.
Overall, Bing Mi PDX is a hidden gem in Portland's food scene. Their jian bing, noodles, and exceptional service make it an unforgettable dining experience. If you're looking for a taste of authentic Chinese cuisine, I highly recommend giving Bing Mi a try. You won't be disappointed!

(This is for the food truck.) The jian bing was interesting to try, but it didn't amaze me with flavor or value. Although I got the deluxe version (with the most fillings) said fillings seemed slim. I could not detect any of the "preserved vegetables" that are mentioned on the menu. It was also $17 for one, not including tip, which is $1 more than the menu shows on their website. In my opinion, that's a lot for what is mostly flour and egg, and it's not competitively priced with the other food trucks in the court, which appear to have more copious quantities of meat and veggies for less money. This was my first time trying jian bing, and I get that it's more analogous to a crepe than a burrito, but for the quantity and quality of ingredients, it didn't seem worth the cost. For perspective, consider that you can get a large burger and fries with table service at a restaurant for that much, or a really good pizza (also with table service) for less than $34 and share it with two to three people.... The food court itself has a nice ambience and ample covered seating. Also restrooms and potable water!

We got the vegan chili oil wontons, yo po mian, classic roasted mushroom jianbing, and the pork + cabbage dumplings. Everything was delicious and everything that we ordered was at least one persons favorite dish. The flavors and textures were perfect and we got our food very fast. Already can’t wait to go back!

Can verify for authenticity. It's a legit 煎餅.
Update Oct 2024: so sad to leave this update, but the magic is gone. Food is now wildly overpriced and is really disappointing. Got a loaded duck jianbing, and I could actually not tell the difference vs a classic. There was virtually no duck at all, and I questioned whether there was even an extra egg. Pork belly bowl had minimal bowl, both over seasoned (pork) and underseasoned (there was no sauce, nothing else, to blend with rice). I’m still glad that there’s a jianbing option here in PDX, but after coming here countless times I’m probably going to give it up for a while.
