The Loaded Spam bing was great! There was a great mix of soft and crunchy textures throughout the meal, the wonton cracker was key. Perfect size for a handheld walk around the area and snack. 10/10 would recommend.
Not a lot of this in the area so it's an adventure. The bing mi is fantastic. I like mine with extra sauce and I beg them to make it as spicy as they can. The deluxe fully loaded veggie is great for a vegetarian and I think even a meat lover would appreciate the hearty egg, tofu, and crispy fried something wrapped in this perfect Asian crepe! The cart was great, their new brick and mortar location is amazing, cozy, reminds me of the old Paradox Cafe maybe. Haven't tried...
I love this place they have the most delicious jian bings. I am a bit sad that they closed their food cart location but understand that it was redundant to have the two locations so close together.
