My favorite lunch when I'm on lunch break. Delicious sandwiches, fast, always so filling. Their bread is particularly amazing, and the pork meatballs. Highly recommend the #2, #5, & #6, but everything is incredible you'll be happy with anything on the menu. I love the coffee and tea also

A bag of 5 personal size plain Bánh Mì is $5; $1 for each. It seems pricey but what else can you really get for $1 these day. Their plain banh mi is so worth it for the price since you can eat it however and whenever you want. You can freeze them if you don't eat them within 1 weeks or so and they will still taste as fresh using over or my personal favorite, the air fryer!

Little hole in the wall establishment. Some chairs, but unlikely anyone uses them. One lady behind the counter making the sandwiches and drinks, yelled from the back if I knew my order when I came in. She was working on orders for two other people waiting ahead of me.I ordered a bbq pork bhan mi, a sardine bahn mi, and two thai iced teas for a friend and I. Omg. Very tasty. So much so, when I got to my sandwich I just dove in and didn't bother with my camera. HeheheheheI will go out of my way to head over here for a tasty Bhan Mi.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian bhan mi. I might try it next time. Looks quite filling. But I was craving a good sardine sammy.

Delicious banh mi and Vietnamese snack shop in Portland. Their combination banh mi one of the best we found in the area and my partner loves their vegetarian banh mi, which rivals ones even from Westminster, LA.If you're not into banh mi's, this place also has great selections of Vietnamese savory snacks, like their stuffed rice rolls, dippable beef stew, and those saucer looking white things with shrimp powder and fried scallions.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian bahn mi and some side dishes.Beware of anything with orange powder because that's shrimp powder

This 5/5 review is for Binh Minh's mastery of the plain Banh Mi recipe! If you want to make your own Banh Mi with your chosen fillings or eat them with anything, Binh Minh is your place in PDX! Please do not waste your money and time to get it anywhere else! When you get Binh Minh's to-go bag, it typically comes with five personal-size plain Banh Mi. You can leave them out for up to a week, or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze them as long as you want; reheat them in the air fryer or any oven reheating of your choice, and they still taste like freshly baked, airy, fluffy, and crispy right out of the oven!Fast food, deli-style setting mostly for to-go food. Quick service, small family-owned. They have other pre-made Vietnamese foods you can buy to make your own at home or reheat to eat them at home.Their Banh Mi with filling is okay. Drinks are mediocre. Their Pate/Liver Spread to make your own Banh Mi at home is better than most places in PDX!

Great Vietnamese deli with banh mi, pre-packaged savory items, hot steam buns, and a menu of soups and other hot dishes. The banh mi is great and easy to eat. Maybe a bit low on the filling-to-bread ratio, but for a $6 sandwich I can’t really complain.I want to go back and try the Bo Kho

Dang this was a lucky day for me. I didn't know what to do for lunch so as I drove past Bình Minh I remembered how much I like that kind of food. The bread was the bomb on the #6 chicken sandwich. It was so good. I also got a nice iced Vietnamese coffee, a fried banana and some taro rice. Thank you for being there. It was lunchtime too and no obnoxious line to wait in.Vegetarian options: Seems to be lots of nice rice based dishes and treats.Parking: Got rock star parking right in front.

Tasty sandwiches. The bread is crispy (some people buy bagfuls), the veggies add great flavor and crunch, and the meat is good. The sandwiches all taste slightly similar to me but they are filling and incredibly low priced. It'd be interesting for them to incorporate some vietnamese sauces to highten the flavors and possibly even season the vegetables a bit, however, yum.
