That was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends. The cookie I had tasted good but it was a little dry.
First time in, loved my experience
It's a charming and delightful place, offering both sweet and savory treats, and is a very busy coffee house.
We were New to that neighborhood walking around , we will be back. Very Portland esck
Great place for a meet up with a friend. I love the neighborhood and the staff were absolutely great. 1000% going back. The pies are great too btw!
Great coffee, food and vibe. Meet there monthly with a book club. Love that they are open early on the weekends as well.

People are rude donot go there. I ordered jalapeño bagel and gave me regular one without telling me they are out.
Great pie...
Great place
Great spot with lots of Montavilla charm. Bipartisan has a quintessential Portland vibe. The pies are delicious and the new revamped food menu is super tasty! I would say the price for coffee and food does seem on the higher side compared to similar spots and during busy times it can be hard to find a spot.

A solid Portland coffee house. Excellent coffee. I haven't had the pie, but it has a strong reputation. Lots of old, worn wood; quirky historical theme. Good bus service. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Short walk to Mount Tabor Park.
This is a great spot with good coffee, kind staff, and good food (and amazing pie, too!). Great for a catchup with a friend, a spot to take a breath with a cup of coffee, or to work remotely thanks to their reliable WiFi.
Cozy atmosphere, perfect for reading or studying. The service is fast and the coffee is always good.
Best Americano ever
Have you ever feel guilty? Because people are nice to you in Portland. Go to the bipartisan Cafe. They will solve this problem. They will treat you horribly they will treat you like you are poop. They don't like dogs. They really don't like dogs. They don't like people who have dogs. They will continually ask you if your dog is a service dog even though there's a sign and even though you've answered them several times. After they find out you have a service animal, they will try to make you sit outside and drink out of a paper cup because of course you're a lesser person because you have a dog. The place should simply be called. We don't like dogs, the manager, the workers, the other workers all repeatedly asked me if my dog was a service dog. My dog was being absolutely quiet, not barking. Not looking for attention, just being a beautiful dog and they treated me horribly..
