Great spot with lots of Montavilla charm. Bipartisan has a quintessential Portland vibe. The pies are delicious and the new revamped food menu is super tasty! I would say the price for coffee and food does seem on the higher side compared to similar spots and during busy times it can be hard to find a spot.
A solid Portland coffee house. Excellent coffee. I haven't had the pie, but it has a strong reputation. Lots of old, worn wood; quirky historical theme. Good bus service. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Short walk to Mount Tabor Park.
