Birrieria PDX Division

Birria burrito was so small like the Value taco bell ones. At $12 you should be full off a burrito. The days of not being able to finish a burrito cause its big are over. I haven't found a big burrito in Portland yet and I've been here 10 plus years from Cali. Every spot in cali has big fire burritos. It's like the compete with each other to have the biggest ones. PDX competing for Smallest most expensive. Anybody who knows a good Burrito in Portland let me know.

Everything was horrible about this place. If I could give them zero star rating I would. Food gave me diarrhea. I don’t think they understand how mobile orders work. Huge puddle of water you have to navigate through their entrance just to get some diarrhea.

I placed an order last night around 9pm and when I went to pickup my order they were closed. But on their end they said they completed my order(which isn’t possible.) When I went to call he unfortunately couldn’t speak any English. When I called other locations they straight up hung up on me. Would love to get a refund or my food.

Edit: no one has gotten back to me. They will still hang up if I call. So I guess that money is theirs now. Terrible customer service but it clearly benefits them.

Absolutely horrible. First time, I gave them a pass, but accused us of placing an order online and attempting to “steal” someone else’s order. Second time, today, I was fed up same thing happened. He told me my order I placed (online!) was not paid despite showing him my order confirmation, then he proceeded to tell me he had to call his boss to double check. In this time, I pull up my transactions to show him I’ve been charged. Instead of finding ways to make this right, they argued with us. The employee was even arguing and saying derogatory terms as we walked off. All while on the line with his “boss”.

The tacos were really skimp on the meat and what meat there was, was so greasy. The tables were dirty with food from their last customers. The customer service was good.

I’ve been ordering from here for over a year and at first everything was great but the last few times I’ve either had missing items, wrong items in my order, or the whole thing is just sloppy and thrown into a container. I ordered from there yesterday, and within the first hour I had a crazy amount of gas and knew something was up. Fast forward to today I was woken up with a pain in my lower abdomen and had to use to bathroom immediately. Ive been bloated all day and I’ve gone through almost a roll and a half of toilet paper, it’s literally been non stop and I’m going to the hospital tomorrow if it doesn’t get any better. Never eating here again.

Good birria and I love the fact that their hot salsa is actually hot unapologetically, so if you don't take spice well and ask for hot that's on you. Hot should be hot and not below mild to please people who think they can handle spicy foods. I will come back for more.

Got my order wrong. Blamed it on me. Made the situation akward. Theres no bathroom. Food was extremely greasy. Not extraordinary good. It was decent. Mainly need more professionalism. Cleanliness. Tables are not hygenic at all latex paint is gumming up. Overfilled garbage dirty bacteria. Place is ok but there are lots of much better options for the price. Based on my experience wouldn’t recommend it.

It makes me sad that this place fails to get my consomé in my orders. The food is so good. However, I have to make myself stop getting food here.

If you cannot get the consomé in, what is the point of buying the food here then? I gave ya’ll 3 times to get it right and each time the consomé was missing. :(

Ordered a burrito and it was just rice and beans. I even paid for guacamole that wasn't included. Salsa on the side was water and flavorless. 0/10

Very nice birria!

The consome was delicious with a better flavor then others I have had.

The taco was delicious and tasted fresh.

The vampire had a grilled cheese on it with was very nice.

The mulita was fat and delicious.

And the quesotaco was great aswell.

Definitely a 5 star.

We are definitely glad we stopped here last night! New favorite food truck! They also have a cute covered area for onsite dining!
