extremely horrible service. There was hair in my food and they still had me pay FULL PRICE. Then the waitress tried to blame the other new staff, saying it must’ve been her.

I used to frequent this location often, but I won’t be back.

Service has gone downhill, appears they are completely understaffed.

I first would like to say I have been going to biscuit cafe in my old neighborhood since it opened. Other locations has GREAT warm and welcoming service everytime. I am new to the area and have been wanting to try this location for a nice peaceful breakfast. Sadly I wasn’t given that experience. I came in and seen the coffee flight but only wanted the peppermint flavor. I asked if I could get it hot and my server referred to her manager Amy(keep in mind the back of house is not closed off very public). I watch Amy be very short and demanding in her no response. In my servers’ return I ask if I could just get peppermint syrup in my coffee mocha. Simple right? Amy again was loud and unruly in her response and demanded my server tell me it’s a $3 upcharge for it AND no refunds. I say okay no issue in paying for things I want. For my meal I ask if I could get chicken sausage instead of the other sausage otherwise I’d be willing to pay for it Al la carte. Again Amy was disrespectful in her response. She was so loud and rude about it my server was so shaken up that she forgot my order THREE times. Now as I sit there expecting a peaceful breakfast I watch Amy give everyone else great service. This is not who she truly is in my perspective. Or maybe she was prejudice towards me and did not want my presence. Either way I won’t ever be back to this location because of her belligerence. My server was sweet and the food was good. Ambience and service is what keep customers coming back and I unfortunately was shorted of that.

Came for breakfast. We had the meat lovers scramble, and the Belgian waffle. Both were delicious!
Good price for the food and good service. We will definitely be back

Always thought I had a good opinion of this place having been when I was younger but unfortunately upon returning it was not a great experience. There was only 1 other table with people and still took me almost 5 mins to get seated. I was brought 2 waters? I just said an ice water not sure why I needed 2. When my food arrived, there was something green in my eggs, the bacon had a weird tan something on it that fell right off as if it was from something else on the grill and the fruit was soured and sitting in half an inch of, water? Maybe? I haven’t written a review before, never cared to. But this was massively disappointing even more so that they don’t really seem to care based on the other reviews here it’s a common theme. I’ll stick to Banning’s Pie House

Biscuits has become a family tradition. Three generations look forward to seeing our favorite server, Grace. Grace makes each of us feel special, knowing our favorites and suggesting new ones. It's a kid-friendly restaurant and our kids beg to visit as a treat.

This unassuming little breakfast/lunch diner along 99 was a random stop for us after a morning outing. Grace, our server, is a class act! We were immediately impressed with her customer service. A group of diners came I'm with guests and said they came for her. The food was tasty and the Bloody Mary was delicious. Highly recommended a stop here! And tell Grace she was mentioned in a review :) ?

Sweet Jesus my breakfast was so good. Starting with ample parking. I ordered biscuits and gravy Benedict with sausage patties, and hashbrowns, by the way these hash browns were so crisp and delicious. Portions are huge. You will be taking some home. This is now my go to place, I can't wait to go back.

The food is always great. We come here fairly often for breakfast. When they are busy it can get a bit loud so people with hearing aids can have trouble. That of course, doesn't affect the food and coffee. We really enjoy Biscuits and I think you will as well.
