This is a solid place for breakfast and brunch but the food quality varies based on how busy it is. I would recommend going outside of brunch times and weekends if you want the best experience

the huevos rancheros were so bad , I feel like I was eating dog food , the lady serving us forgot our pancakes , and it wasn't busy either

The place was mostly empty and it still took nearly 30 minutes to get any service. They move at the speed of molasses on a cold day and the food is mediocre at best.
Food was served hot and the staff was friendly. My coffee never made it to half a cup. The food quality is amazing. I had an apple sausage, egg, and avocado breakfast sandwich that was made to order egg over easy and was scrumptious .
I was looking forward to this and it was good it just didn't hit like I needed it to.

Ordered food to go. When arriving the place looked very dirty and run down. Upon trying the food the hash browns tasted like old grease and had a bad after taste. Bacon was burnt and it was not a good meal at all . I would not have minded the price had the food been good. I would not go here.
My food was average, wife liked her meal, service slow, place was messy
