Went in for breakfast during ice/snow and severe cold. I’m grateful they were open, but I found a fly or spider floating in my coffee. The server tried passing it off, saying they always inspect their cups and that it must have come from the sealed creamer container. Regardless, she should’ve taken the coffee off my bill at the very least. I’ll stick with the other Biscuits locations and avoid this one.
