Some of the kindest baristas in town who truly care about their craft but without the snobbiness. In my opinion, they make one of, if not the best, lattes in Portland. Pro tip: get there earlier in the day to snag a marionberry pop tart from Farina bakery.

Needed a quick pick me up after the gym and this looked like just the ticket. I really appreciate y’all’s willingness to entertain my request and mix things up and I promise it was everything I was dreaming of. Added espresso to the rose matcha and it made my morning. I also appreciated the knowledge and skill of the barista; it was a real treat watching her mix the matcha and put the whole drink together. Many thanks and hope to be back soon!

I love Holly Rose! The drinks and pastries are fabulous. The music is wonderful (Dolly Parton :)). All the baristas are great, August, Grace, Noir, Addy, Kali and Tiffany. They always make my days great. ?

I did’t have any food or pastries during my visit, I only stopped by since I was visiting the neighborhood and needed a pit stop before heading home.I’m glad I did! Music choice really set the vibe, plenty of seating and cool patterns all around. Super awesome atmosphere and service.I ordered a Cubano, which the sweet barista accommodated me with. Sometimes I’ve been denied since the brown sugar can “harm” machines. But their expertise and care for quality excelled. Beyond even my own order.The shop is right next to a library- heavy foot traffic indeed! Lots of parents and children… but in and out they went!! QUICK SERVICE!I’ll be returning!Dietary restrictions: Oat and Almond milk alternatives… while they might be behind in offering popular alt-options for food, they are working towards more offerings and will still accommodateKid-friendliness: Lots of standing/sitting room and right next to the library. Staff here are professional and the music is low tempo vibes with appropriate language.

Not only does this place have great coffee but also the best baristas! Getting to see Grace and August has become my favorite part of Thursday mornings! Not only do they make the best drinks but they remember my order every time and aren’t afraid to chat, laugh and have fun while they are working. This creates a beautiful and infectious environment to study in. Between that and August’s love of Dolly Parton things are just perfect! Dolly Parton and great coffee get the morning started right.
Ordered a Rose Matcha and put a top on it for walking around. First sip I attempted the drink spilled all over my top because the lids don’t fit properly. Then I took a sip and it was one of the most disgusting things I have ever tasted.

Great little coffee bar right next to a library. The service was friendly and prompt even with several people in line. I tried the rose latte and was not disappointed. It was not overly sweet, thankfully, and the rose floral notes were present but not over powering. It was a Perfectly balanced latte! There isn't a lot of seating inside so coffee with a friend is doable, but not with a large group.
