Pretty limited capacity inside, but if you can manage to squeeze in, its an amazing experience. The custard seasonal creations are unlike what I've ever had and they have white plastic spoons that change purple when you dip into your dessert. Coffee was really good too. Overall, a great spot with that tinge of whimsical appeal.
I visited Black Cat Frozen Custard in Portland and was very impressed with the decor. Coming from the Midwest, I haven't seen anything like it. At home, I usually order vanilla custard with pretzels, and the lady who took my order was able to create something similar for me. She not only added pretzels but also included Oreo cookies, making it incredibly creamy and delicious. Next time I'm in Portland, I will definitely try other flavors. I highly recommend Black Cat...

The place is well decorated and not cheap.
Definitely enjoyed it. Ice cream was not too sweet which I loved it.
Totally should go back for the 2nd floor. Needed reservation for that.
Also adult only after certain hours
