Service is always kind and bubbly and quick to make your drink. I like to get mine double blended to avoid any ice chunks at the bottom of my drink. I noticed if theyre very busy your drinks tend to not be blended completely. They're drinks are really good hot or cold but I feel the best drink they have is the blended Caramel Blondie Chiller. I think it's better than Starbucks Caramel Frap. They're hot drinks are just as good and they have a great rewards program with a free drink when you sign up.

Edit: "We have investigated ourselves and found that we did nothing wrong." Not only will I never return to this location but I will never visit ANY Black Rock location. Obviously Black Rock Coffee as a whole doesn't care about customers, just protecting their thieving employees.
Thieves work here. I made a purchase in the drive thru and I was not given my debit card back. I parked and walked up to their walk up window and said I hadn't been given my card back and the immediate response was (and not even from the employee who took my order and payment) "I didn't take your card. I don't have it.". If they didn't have my card then how did I make a purchase? Their behavior is suspicious and I will never return because why would I spend money at a business that steals from me?
