They're new rewards program is a joke. They probably stole your rewards too if you didn't switch over to the app by the 30th of last month. I was never warned prior, and when I tried to reach there customer service they make it impossible to do so. If you aren't already I suggest you boycott this corporate sellouts!

The baristas have always made good drinks & seem friendly & sincere when helping people. However, either the hours need to be updated, they are short-staffed or something else is causing inconsistant opening times. More & more frequently, I've intended to stop by on my way to work (& have noticed this when simply driving by) & they aren't open (lights off, no staff in sight) until sometime after 5:25 am (the latest I'll leave for work). It's annoying that there doesn't appear to be any explanation. The one time I asked about it, the barista appeared baffled & rather uncertainly said I must have been mistaken. I am not mistaken. This has easily been going on for more than a year, but has increased in frequency it seems like as of late. If you want coffee, maybe wait till later in the morning to be sure someone will be there...

Quick stop for the best coffee!! sizes are great, point system is awesome and the employees are always rad. Pleasant, but not over the top or hanging into your car. The line moves fast and usually they have both windows open so you can drive around to the other side if needed ❤️ Love it there

Love this location specifically. The baristas are very personable and kind. They remember my drink and really enjoy a quick chat while waiting. I really appreciate these baristas!

Drive through times are horrible. 2 windows, only 1 open. Nobody outside taking orders to make it faster

Usually a good experience but today I got my coffee took a few sips and have been throwing up non stop ever since, I was fine before drinking the coffee,maybe something wasn't cleaned right or something was spoiled but I'm pretty mad about it, also pretty sure they tipped themselves cause usually they ask when I use a card but they just ran my card and handed it back. My bank statement says that they charged me for more then my order so yeah don't go to this one anymore

We love Black Rock coffee from San Diego to Washington. Black Rock coffee please! So checc it out. I created my own drink. You take a blondie and a jackhammer and mix those two drinks to make a blonde hammer!!! I try to tell as many as I can because I want them to put it on the menu! I've been drinking it for years out of Oceanside California.
