They didn't give me back my debit card, and the barista was distracted and quickly waving me away after handing me my order, so I got flustered and didn't realize it. Went back a few hours later and they were not very apologetic or kind about the situation when giving me back my card. They did get my order right when it was busy though so I appreciate that. Usually I like Black Rock but will probably avoid returning to this location due to the card issue.

This location is by far the best. I don’t know how to really express how the customer service is beyond just that, they actually care and are extremely quick with getting drink drinks out. I appreciate the great conversation and also the Genuine Kindness that they show.

As far as chain coffee shops go black rock is my favorite. I won't bash others to make my point and its all about personal preference but the coffee is good and the fuels are amazing I love all the combos and how the staff are knowledgeable about what they're serving

This location is the absolute worst and the workers are lazy and unhelpful. I paid for my order on my phone and went to pick it up and they asked for my confirmation code. I provided it and they said they couldn’t do anything even when I showed them my receipt. I said I would pay again and asked them to scan my discount code and they said their scanner wasn’t working. Unbelievably terrible, rude, customer service!

They never use the speaker box anymore which makes ordering slow. And you don’t find out until you reach the speaker getting blocked in. Orders don’t happen until you are at the window and then they make it. It takes much longer to get through the line. I really like the caramel blondie.
