Love this place! My sisters and I always have our get togethers here as the food is healthful and the atmosphere is inspiring and uplifting! Their beet juice is my fave and my sisters love the green bowl and the beet salad!

Re discovered this place today. We kind of forgot about it after Covid. So glad we found it again. I had the zucchini noodle creamy pesto. How in the world they made noodles out of zucchini and make them taste so incredible is a mystery to me. When I say they made noodles out of zucchini, I mean, somehow they cut the zucchini in the spaghetti noodles. It was incredible. The flavors were perfectly balanced and complemented each other. And everything we had was good for us, which made it even better. We also had their Chia pudding. Dynamite!
We also had the tikka masala, which was the best Indian food we’ve ever had. So fresh and the flavors were so perfect.

Google shows that this restaurant is open until 8:00pm. Drove over on a Friday evening in the pouring rain to find it closed at 6:30pm. Took awhile to find another restaurant. The picture on the website is the Pete’s coffee in NE Portland which is also on the Reddit website as the location and open until 8:00pm. A lot of misinformation. We were really looking forward to trying this restaurant.

Dining at Blossoming Lotus was a delightful experience! The mac and cheese? Think of your favorite cozy blanket but in food form – familiar yet somehow totally new. The real showstopper, however, was the lentil walnut patty cheeseburger – a mouth party of deliciousness! And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, their tiramisu waltzed in, sweeping me off my feet. It's awesome to find a spot that serves up such yummy vegan treats.

Absolutely incredible! The roasted potatoes were blowing everyone's mind, super fluffy pancakes and fabulous brunch cocktails. We went for brunch around 10:30am on a Sunday with 5 people and didn't have to wait at all for a table. They provided lovely, friendly service and the only problem we had is that we were too stuffed to try EVERYTHING!
