Re discovered this place today. We kind of forgot about it after Covid. So glad we found it again. I had the zucchini noodle creamy pesto. How in the world they made noodles out of zucchini and make them taste so incredible is a mystery to me. CLOSED at this location. Went there today for a lunch date and new restaurant signage is in the window.I Love Blossoming Lotus. Their mindful, healthy TASTY vegan menu options have been a go-to for many years. Sad to see this longstanding spot go. ?
