The Blue Diamond is Portland's paramount blues joint! If you want good music, good people and good food, look no further. My folks have gone here for dancing and date night for years. The owner, and a resident musician, is unparalleled in her grit, determination and kindness. Folks here really are family, and they all have my utmost respect, from the floor to the kitchen. Thank you guys so much for all you do!
Only white people here. An all white band. Not very jazzy. But very nice staff, good drinks. Didn’t stay long enough to try the food, because of the aforementioned completely white crowd.

Really friendly and hard working staff takes care of you; the menu is typical bar food, but everything we ordered was really good. Definitely heading back soon.
