Bluebird Thai PDX delivers on both delicious food and amazing service! Our experience with their Khao Yum Gai Zap dish was simply outstanding. Bursting with flavors, it left us craving more. Coupled with their impeccable service, this food truck is a definite must-try for any Thai food lover.

Wow this has become our go to Thai place. Food is top notch along with the service. We have been there several times as never been disappointed in the food and the service. Great place in the village.

The Thai here is one of my favorite because of the viscosity of the soup it's also always fresh , the chicken never has that left over taste like others. Whenever I'm near I have to have some curry & coconut shrimp

The food is beyond expectation as food cart made and delicious. The food cart park has a very cute and stylist indoor seating.

It's been a while, but I've been to Bluebird a number of times in years past--the owners (husband and wife pair) have always been very friendly and polite, so I really give them 3.5 stars for this reason. I ordered the khao soi today, which is offered on Thursday/Friday during the fall/winter seasons. Unfortunately, it was very bland, even after adding hot chili oil. At a price tag of $15 from a food cart, it is also more expensive than the khao soi at the full service Thai restaurant I frequent in Lake Oswego. The regular curry dishes have increased in price from $9 to $14, and while I understand inflation and increased cost of goods, I no longer see the value in going to a cart that does not offer online ordering, difficult calling in a phone order (made 2 attempts without success), limited hours and menu, difficult parking, and less overhead compared to a full service restaurant. One star off for value; one star off for flavor. If I were already in the French quarter area, or was looking for convenience within walking distance, I would consider trying this establishment, but not for the khao soi, and I wouldn't make a special trip.

Came through for another food truck but since they were about to open I wanted to try their Thai iced tea. Thai iced tea is good. Not super sweet or too strong. You'd be surprised how some places could get this really wrong. Curry chicken puff is delish. Flaky and perfectly balanced. It wasn't all pastry and no meat like some places. Coming back to try their curries, mini bites and their dessert.

I can't remember the name of this dish but it's in my photo. The larb chicken thing is so amazing delicious. We love the mango and the pink lady drink. Can't wait to try the donuts in the winter

Lovely delicious food, we got the Khao Yum Gai Zap. So flavorful一 well balanced cilantro lime in wonderfully crispy chicken pieces. They were so friendly and offered to bring us another fork when they happen to notice we were sharing an order. Also had their mixed berry lemonade. Loved everything. Unfortunately forgot to take a pic!

The food I ordered was not at all like I expected based off eating it at other places. That said, my dish was quite tasty. There was plenty of food, I got 2 meals out of it for
