My partner and I have been going to boba tale for a while and we love it! We have never tried anything we didn’t like! They know how to make it taste good even without being too sweet.

The Honey Citron Ginger is one the best drinks I've ever had! Customer service was great and the price for two drinks was less than $13. Definitely recommend.

My friend and I walked to Bobacat Tea House our first night in Portland from The Hotel Zags and fell in love with it, it’s Cat Polaroid Wall—how do I get my cats on there—and their drinks! I grabbed some milk tea and loved it! I wish I had one back in IL!

Great, though the wait is long.. The tea makes all of it worth it, just wish there was more restaurants. Like in Seattle, had to travel all the way there. Worth the drive

Really cute interior and great drinks. My partner and I got a Hojicha Latte and Mango Milk drink. We, however, liked the Hojicha Latte a lot more. Quick service and friendly staff. We were just doing a quick stop but the Hojicha Latte and the cat then left an impression.

⚠️ I found a piece of a steel scrubber inside the boba at this store — and I accidentally swallowed part of it before I realized. This is a severe food safety violation that could cause serious internal injuries.
When I brought this to the store’s attention, their response was deeply disappointing. They offered me only a gift card and told me that “if I get sick, their insurance will cover it.”
This is not just about money — it’s about accountability and basic food safety. A customer should never have to fear swallowing metal in a drink. Their reaction felt dismissive and irresponsible, and I am still worried about potential health risks.
I’ve kept all the evidence and am reporting this incident to the local health department. I strongly advise others to think twice before coming here.

The store is very cute, the bottles, the bottle tops, the logo, the store setup, even the outside cat paintings! The drink was so good I would definitely recommend going there. It has a picture wall of cute little cats. The staff there were super kind. I hope I can go there again sometime soon!!

I ordered their Sakura Matcha Latte 50% sweet with regular boba and lychee jelly. IT WAS THE BEST BONA I’VE HAD IN A MINUTE! The pearls were so fresh they melted in my mouth and were perfectly sweet. The Sakura (cherry) flavoring was just the right amount and the matcha was refreshing.
I told my husband that he had to come with me another time because I finished my drink in less than 4 miles and he laughed since he’d never heard me (or anyone) reference how long in distance it took for them to finish something like a drink! Hey, I was sleepy and needed to get gas for the car. I knew the measurement because I was so sad that the boba had ended before I got to the gas station, THAT’S HOW GOOD IT WAS!

They were a bit hard to reach on the phone. Bonus points for the fact that when I finally did reach them, the gentleman was willing to bring my drink out to the car (I ordered through DoorDash so it was already paid for) because both my babies had fallen asleep while I drove there.
Parking is tricky but that is usual for the general vicinity.

Bobacat had a lot of good flavors and was pretty convenient. The parking isn’t great but if you order ahead you can just pull up and pick up. The one downside is that they didn’t have a unsweetened sugar option which woulda been nice.

Went here today, very good strawberry and lychee green tea. And latte. It was super busy but they were pretty quick. Outdoor seating and inside as well, unfortunately only street parking which is hard. But definitely will be back if in the area.
