Went there and got the Vegan Bodega Philly. It was absolutely delicious. The perfect balance for a sandwich. The spot itself is a cute little convenience store with craft and local drinks and goodies, along with conventional options too. I highly recommend coming here to grab a drink sandwich and some chips. You will not be disappointed. I have heard that the warm sandwiches are better than the cold, so consider that when ordering, as they give you the option of how you’d like your sandwich! I wish I had gotten a picture but I couldn’t wait to dig in to the deliciousness!

I've had "the Adriana" twice - the first time to roll the dice and the second time because it was so totally delicious. Had extra peppers added, too, for additional spicy bliss. The cookies are also amazing, I look forward to trying more of their creations. "Atmosphere" is like I'm eating at a convenience store that plays good music.

Perfect sandwich for me. I feel bad for the salty people in the reviews. I have nothing more to say.

Solid sandwiches, nothing too fancy. Nice place to grab a bite if you’re in a hurry.

Food: phenomenal sandwiches. I ate too quickly and forgot to snap a picture of the intact master piece

Service: they gave a great recommendation and were quick with the cooking

Atmosphere: got to sit outside under a neon light and watch the portland passerbyers on their way to their next side quests.

10/10 couldn't be better

Really nice people making AWESOME sandwiches in a cozy little shop. The Carmela really slaps.

I looked up the price of a sub online and it said $12 which seemed kinda high cause the last time I order from here it was like $9. Thet tried to charge me $3 extra from advertised price when I goy there and when I nicely asked them to honor the advertised price, even tho the cashier and sub maker knew it was the right thing to do the owner was super rude and told me to pay her tax or not eat because she wasn't competent enough to update her website. Terrible customer service, super rude. I was trying to support a local spot but hate getting overcharged and I won't be back.

These are not good sandwiches. We tried 2 and both had terrible bread- old or stale or maybe just a bad bread to non bread ratio. Both sandwiches were so over sauced to the point mustard and mayo was just oozing out everywhere. Ended up throwing them both away after a couple bites. I vote this the worst sandwich in Portland and maybe the worst of all time. I also see lots of other reviews saying the bread is terrible, wish I would have read those before buying them.

Sandwiches are fine if you can get one. I ordered online at 3:39 for pickup at 4:23 and had sandwich in hand at 5:30 while I swear 5-7 people came in after me, ordered at the counter, and left before me. How is that possible? Who budgets an extra hour and change after a posted pickup time?

I get that there’s one guy making sandwiches. And they’re a friendly bunch despite being busy - too friendly perhaps - focus on sandwich making not jibber jabbering about your favorite chips with some customer.

Maybe it’s time to turn off online ordering?
Maybe it’s time to go online orders only?
Maybe it’s time to get organized in general?

I won’t be back. It’s clear they don’t need me so enjoy one less person in line while you wait an hour plus for a largely mediocre sandwich.

Drove about 40 minutes out here once I heard of a bodega in PDX. Got the o’baby’s philly, amazing hot beef sandwich. Great service, it was a little slammed when we walked in and the food still came out relatively fast and with great quality. Everyone there was extremely nice. Definitely coming back if I’m ever in the area, worth the drive for today too.
