The waitress is absolutely amazing her name was Kaycee, Casey, kacie**! (Sorry on the spelling tried my best!) And made some new friends there! 10 out of 10 would recommend
Very friendly staff, a laid back environment with many televisions for watching sporting events and several lottery machines for playing slots.
Great service Good atmosphere decent drinks I believe it's a good place to go to My wife and I both enjoy it there
Oh my goodness their chicken nachos are out of this world so are the steak bites and chili cheese fries!! Went their with my sister for a birthday lunch for her. The service also amazing!
Anne is the best...
She's been my bartender for years.
Professional attentive excellent.
They have a good selection of menu items and their food is good. Their pizza is pretty good, especially for a bar.
Great local bar. Good food. Meet friends.
Boss Hawgs is a funky dark bar near/in the Gateway area of Portland. My buddy loves it here. I’m in the 3 to 4 star zone for them. We get the cheesesteaks and they are packed with beef (sirloin, I believe) and onions and peppers if you’d like um. They come with fries which are very good. It’s a lot of food at a good price. The quality is inconsistent and really depends on who is running the kitchen when you go in.
The drinks are priced well and there’s booths, tables and a kinda odd outside area. It’s a touch sketchy here (has a lot to do with this area - being on a major thoroughfare) but it’s worth going to now and then.
Steak was un eatable, but everything else was good. They don't have the slushing machine for the hagaritas. Anymore, so the waitstaff doesn't like making them. There were ants at the table so the server gave us employee discount.
It used to be good east county destination bar, now it's more of dive bar.
It's a dive bar. They have inexpensive food specials like taco Tuesdays. Bar prices are good, so go for the drinks.
AMI jukebox.

Food was great, service was great ...but there's a wet musty smell as soon as you walk in that doesn't seem to recede, and an ant problem by the windows.
Servers were very friendly and kind, and again, the food was great, but I don't think I'd come back because of the smell.
I've always liked the food .
Update: $1.00 each Taco Tuesday, there beef or chicken soft tacos are loaded. I had beef and it was seasoned lightly with a thick salsa and sour cream that made the seasoning just right. Lots of beef, I had mine with no cheese and extra tomatoes. Was so full I had to remove the lettuce to eat after.
I'm taking home 2 more for later.
A great place to relax with good company.
Nice bartenders..,
I have stopped going to this bar. The last time I was there, I got short changed and then had a burger delivered rare. I won't be back.
Love coming here to eat, drink, play a little video poker and watch sports!!! Great place along with some great people!
