Excellent food and customer service. The server was a fantastic host. Super nice and friendly. The food was amazing! Go for the hash. The smokey flavor with the beets really made it pop. The pancakes, which are ball form, was also very good. Sweet but not too sweet. Just right.

What an incredible, authentic experience. Well worth the wait! From the cardamom sweet cream espresso, to the Fölorade Ägg (lost eggs), Swedish hash with smoked trout, to the ÆBLESKIVER (Danish Pancake) we couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied with out meal. We will be back!

18% tip was auto added on. Prices you see on the menu are just to entice. Adding a 6$ tip automatically for each person's breakfast is insane. Please learn to pay your employees and charge the price as the menu shows. Honestly this must be against the law. I’ll be looking into it.EDIT - Hilarious reply from the restaurant. You do realize Oregon minimum wage is mandatory for food service employees right? Start paying your employees and stop lying about the cost of the food. Tips should never be forced. What a joke

I cannot fully express how much I love these lost eggs! Honestly, it's the best eggs, the best breakfast I have ever had in my entire life! These lost eggs are just amazingly delicious! Everything is so fresh, pure perfection. Amazing place for a nice breakfast/lunch with interesting and tasty scandinavian options. The nice place, excellent food and friendly staff just make this place one of the best in town! One of my favourite places ever!

Broder's is a really nice and quaint place to have brunch at. The staff are all very polite and helpful. The food is just delicious! My only complaint would be that it is loud. No real blame but an open designed place leads to this.I would highly recommend coming here and enjoying the place!!This place is perfect for small more intimate groups vs large groups. There is seating outside but in winter most people are inside.
