I had to give this a 2 star rating overall due to the service. I’ve worked in the customer service industry, and there are certain things you don’t do or say, even if the customer is at fault. I had accidentally knocked over the tip jar, that was placed so close to where they hand you the food, and on this tiny ledge. The cashier immediately goes, “oh my God”, in an annoyed tone. I picked it up and tried to help him put it back together and he had an attitude. Never going back again for that reason. Plus, I was going to tip in cash when I got there, but that gave me a reason not to. It’s sad to say, I came back to visit my family and thought maybe Bethany would have great service like Atlanta, but it doesn’t.

Twice the wings I order were meat ‘gone bad’. It had rotten “bitter taste” to it. No flavors or sauce can cover that taste. Bro Get fresh meat. Next time I’ll report this to USDA hotline.

Everything was a bit off, and their "Sweet Chili" sauce was literally just Thai Chili Sauce poured raw on it. Not my thing.

Fries were also not great.

It's like a food cart but in brick and mortar place. Awesome food and we love the bing (scallion pancakes wrapped around tasty meats). Dumplings are pretty great too. Just eat it hot for best flavor.

We ordered Sichuan pepper salt chicken nuggets, I was expecting something spicy and numbing, but it tasted just like the regular chicken nuggets except 3 dollars more. Very disappointed.

Undercooked wings, overcooked fries, and who waters down their sauce? Seriously? It was bad enough that we ordered a large drink thinking 2 liter bottle and ended up with two cans of diet and one regular. But water down sauce? Boo! $30 poof..

I eat here fairly often, and my favorite things to get are the popcorn chicken, teriyaki bento box, and the teriyaki bing. (I forgot to take a picture of the food before I started eating ?)

Straight up delicious wings. Dry bone in we're fabulously crispy. The buffalo tenders were also still crispy despite being covered generously in buffalo sauce which had a perfect amount of heat. These folks have mastered wings.

Honestly, it can be hard to find affordable food these days that tastes great, but this place is an exception. Their chicken is delicious and cheap at the same time. In addition, they have satisfying scallion pancakes as a wonderful appetizer. What stops me from giving the place five stars is the long wait and lack of a decent interior area to wait inside.

I throughly enjoy this little place. Price are reasonable and the food has always been good. Staff is friendly at least when I have gone. It would be five stars, but the wait times can be long sometimes. It is worth the wait though. The wings with mango habenero sauce and fries is my go to but everything else I have tried is great.
