Had this delivered. The sauce was terrible. The slaw was ok, but was so wet my bottom bun was gone by the time it was dropped. Meat was dry. Mac and Cheese was ok, but not worth the price.

The ONLY good thing from my order, sadly, was the Mac and cheese (but only after heated up because the cheese wasn’t really melted), and the biscuit with jam. The bbq sauce on the brisket made it inedible. The coleslaw had a weird taste. Creamy but not creamy. Bland but also not? It almost tasted what I’d imagine to be close to expired?Was really sad about this experience. Since moving here I’ve been trying to find good bbq (in from the south) but unfortunately no where has lived up to my expectations.

As someone who’s been in many different kitchens with over 5 years of professional cooking experience I feel that Bruce bbq’s cooks DO NOT CARE. 1. My sweet potato fries were burnt to a crisp, McDonald’s doesn’t even do that, 2. There flavorless mac&cheese needs a lot of improvement and with the pulled pork Mac what little there is the flavors doesn’t match, the mac wants a more Smokey robust flavor not the sweet tangy flavor of the bbq on the pulled pork. That being said the pulled pork by itself is somewhat enjoyable but with the Mac it becomes absolutely foul.

Large portions. Delicious meal. I really liked the bbq sauce for the pulled pork sandwich.
The worst brisket sandwich I have ever had. Meat tasted old, and was so salty I could not eat the sandwich. Sadly disapponted.

Ordered pulled pork mac via doordash. The Mac and cheese was excellent but the blackberry bbq sauce on the pulled pork was one of the worst sauces I've ever had. I had to throw the pulled pork away. Get the sauce on the side if they allow it and decide for yourself.

I ordered the Chicken Sandwich. Normally when I order a sandwich I expect it to be smaller than the picture. NOT THIS TIME!!!! That sammich was build like a stack of flapjacks. Bacon on chicken on chees topped with fresh veggies and juicy as all get out. Those fries were FIRE and the sauce.... THE SAAAAUCE absolutely slapped!!! I could take a bath in that sauce. Sorry for no picture I had to just eat it.

The owner is so kind and gracious. I placed an order thru Postmates, when the order didn't show I called and the owner told me to come in and he would make it right. Seems the Postmates driver picked up our food and thought it was so good they ate it themselves ?. Anyway....the owner made our order quickly and completely correct then gifted us two amazing waffles!? Amazingness!! And thank you SO much! Make sure you go to this restaurant and stat!!!!! Always FIVE STARS!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
