Unfortunately I do have to report a 1 star review for service from server Amber and manager Jim at this Portland location. I had placed an order from the bar tabletop for 6 wings and ordered two sauces, with no problem from the waiter actually she was very nice. I then got my wings under the impression all was well. Only when I got my bill back it was for 10 wings and I was charged for that. Definitely a smoke and mirrors tactic to upsell on the bill. I then brought this to the servers attention and the manager came over with a strong attitude and told me that I was lying and that I ordered 10 wings. That she would never have done this because “he trained them”. I know what I ordered and ate regardless, the manager was not present during my meal. If you order one thing, and are given another that is not the fault of the customer. There was no effort to resolve the mistake.

Waitress seemed snotty. She didn't check on us. Overpriced menu. Felt two regular meals should not have been 70 dollars. She didn't come back for my card. Tried to pay at the front. Instead she ran after us as if we're thiefs and told us to go sit back down to pay. I told her to go get my bill. She took my card and instead of coming to me so I could sign it, she tried to embarass me by throwing another fit setting my card back down at the table when we were up front and told us to go back to our table to go sign. There goes your tip and we won't be back to Oregon again. The entire state is that demented. I almost gave her $100 dollar tip because I like helping out less fortunate. But unfortunately she screwed herself out of that. Thanks Celeaya. So lazy.

It's a franchise but their food is really pretty good. Everybody has their favorite family owned ribs/wings place and this can't really compete with that, but if you're in the wrong city the food is reliably good. It's a sports bar with a lot of large HD screens. Decent place to watch the game with your bros, but the bill can add up if you're trying to eat your way into the next weight class. Overall I'd call it good to very good.

Waited almost 1.5 hours for 2 burgers in a 5% full restaurant and they STILL didn’t come. People that arrived after us got their food. We paid for beers and left. Super disappointing.

We waited over 40 minutes for someone to even come by our table. After they came by we ordered some wings and said that we wanted to order more but we would need more time. After 30 more minutes some kid has us the wings and no one came to our table the rest of the :(. There was only 2 other tables there and like 4 servers.

The service was terrible. It was not too crowded ans we waited 10 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge us. I requested no onions on my sandwich and it came with onions. They did not give us silverware for our salad so I had to seek somebody out to get silverware. The wait staff were sitting with the hostess talking instead of serving customers.
