Food was average, chicken was pretty dry, tho I really enjoyed the wing sauces today.
Best piece was the service; our host was not only sweet and quick, but Maxwell our server was also on top of it. He checked in regularly and made sure we had what we needed. He made a mistake that he caught, owned up to us about, and then promptly corrected while making sure we stayed happy during our time here. I super appreciate that and made our time here more enjoyable to me. I didn't feel neglected at all. I see several other workers here moving with purpose and I didn't see a lack of good service from where I was sitting.
I stopped coming to Buffalo a long time ago because the service and food quality both degraded a lot across multiple locations, bartenders and servers would stop talking to our table or had attitude when food went wrong, but today felt like a redemption arc for Cascade, Thanks Max and team!

We requested the wings to be cooked a little more than normal and it came out overcooked. I will not order it that way again. Ordered 3 different flavors and only got two but our lovely server, Sonia, was kind enough to give us some on the side to take home. Thank you. Of course we will be back.

Came at 12:15, waited 10 minutes to order a 10 piece boneless wing. After 1 hrs of waiting, had to ask for it to go. There were maybe 6 other people in the restaurant. Food arrived within minutes cold and in to go boxes. Have a feeling it had been sitting back there for a while.
What happened? This used to be one of the quickest BWWs

The food here was unbelievably terrible. I ordered the boneless lemon pepper chicken and it was dry as sand and hard as a rock. The seasoning was bland and barely there.
Service was sad and slow. Nothing about the experience was good.

The waiters are good but it took 3 hours to get to me
1hr wait when half the restaurant is empty. Under staff much? Poor management planning.

Close to the airport, so this location stays pretty busy. We were there when the college championship football game was on, so I think they were a little busier than usual. The place was messy with unbussed tables and chairs askew, and crumbs and food on the floor. It was loud and the bar and food was very slow to get out. The chips arrived burned and the wings were a tad dry. But our server, Kiel, was awesome. He brought everything out as soon as it was ready and stopped by often to check on us. He worked super hard, was friendly, and polite.
Parking: There are two entrances. It's best to park in the lot behind the building than on the main road.
Kid-friendliness: Has a great kids menu

The cost was $33.97, i gave a $50, they gave me $10 and I didn't realize I was shorted until hours later. Keep an eye out if you're paying in cash.

My husband and I have been going to BWW every weekend, usually Sunday or Monday after work. The food has been amazing every time we go there but of course there’s time where we wait for almost 1 hour on food since it was super packed. The atmosphere is constantly busy, which is good for any type of businesses, during these times. One thing I need to mention is the staff. There’s good and attentive staffs but there’s also
other staffs who needs more training/feedback or performance evaluation. I get it that the food industry and being a waiter/waitress/bartender are never easy especially with customers who can be demanding.
I’m just disappointed that our waitress wasn’t attentive to our table while she worked in the bar area and keep in mind, we have been served by the same gal, almost a majority of every weekend we’ve been there. She rarely, almost never checks up on us or will forget our refills and brings it at the end of our meals or whenever we ask for our bill. For instance today, she messed up my order (10 bone in wings Jammin jalapeno & lemon pepper sauce) but instead I got nashville hot and jammin jalapeno. The gal that brought out our order, was reading out our order until I realized mine wasn’t right. Our waitress didn’t even come up to us and say anything after the fact that one of the gals who brought the food to us, had to clarify with her on the order and of course when my correct order came out, THAT’S when she came up to us and apologized for the mistake. My point is that if you don’t like your job or whatever the case may be, then you’ll need to reconsider the job you’re doing right now because you’re not gonna get very far if you keep it up like this. Just a thought/feedback but we’ll see how it goes.

This is one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever visited 1 hour wait from the time I got there to the time I received my food on top of that the food was cold and the order was wrong the icing on the cake was when I visited the restroom I was overwhelmed by how filthy it was it seamed like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks
