I placed an order at 9:19 PM, but it did not arrive until 11:05 PM. When I called the restaurant, I was told orders were backed up. On top of that, the delivery driver went to the wrong address, and I had to spend over 15 minutes on the phone redirecting him to the correct location. By the time the food arrived, it was cold and inedible. This is far from the level of service I expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. I strongly advise against ordering delivery from this location.

Very friendly staff great food about 10 minutes to be seated but it was busy
Tried to go here with the wife last night, was forced to sit at the bar although there were tons of empty tables in the place and once at the bar the first interaction we had was with a server who suggested we find somewhere else to eat because it would be almost an hour before we got food. Really was craving some b dubs but unfortunately we will not be spending our money here anymore.

Worst customer service ever, since the beginning, with so many open tables, they struggled to accommodate 12 people. I even helped clean the tables and bring an extra table myself. Wrong orders, not coming back, btw, the manager was there. He didn't help at all, same bad service while he was in the room, no wonder they lack leadership!

Sat 15min in the bar and wasn’t approached then when I waiter came to me he was annoyed that I was annoyed. Then the food wasn’t very good at all. Oh and to many beaver fans still tipped him 30%
