By now, everyone knows Bui Natural Tofu is a gem in Portland, offering an amazing selection of Vietnamese dishes. My favorite? Bánh bèo—a childhood favorite of mine, and they do it right. The delicate steamed rice cakes, savory toppings, and perfect balance of flavors take me straight back to my roots.
Whether you're here for their fresh tofu, crispy snacks, or traditional dishes, Bui never disappoints. A must-visit for authentic Vietnamese flavors!
Not true. Very expensive. I saw first picture on website and i got it from store 2nd pictures. Just little bit i mad
Excellent fresh tofu and tofu products! Can't go wrong with this place.
Best salad roll and tofu of my life!! Highly recommend this place for high quality offerings. The tofu is fresh and very tasty and they have other snacks and food options as well. It’s very easy to get in and out of.
Delicious delicacies, freshest salad rolls in the city!!

More than just tofu! I never realized that this place has so much more than tofu. The traditional Vietnamese dishes are top-notch. Reminds me of what Grandma used to make :)
Delicious tofu
Yum, local Tofu, great staff!
Fried tofu with onions and the spring rolls with peanut sauce are my favorites.

This place is so special. I love the green cake!!
I can guarantee pretty much everything here is delicious, especially the tofu for which they are famous. Unlike Fubonn, I can tell they use real gac to make their xoi gac (deep red-orange sticky rice), which means a lot to me.
So cheap ! And tasty 🤤
Great spot for Vietnamese snacks and fresh tofu. There’s a variety of prepared items on the menu, with options for vegans and meat eaters. My favorites are the fried green onion tofu, salad rolls, and orange sticky rice. Really, any of the sweet sticky rice varieties are delicious. Prices are very reasonable, the staff are friendly and always provide quick service. It’s good to see that this place is still thriving after so many years.
Always a great stop, favorite lemongrass tofu and salad rolls
